This has to be the best appliance place in the world they have Pick-A-Part for you can just go out and Pick Your Parts up pay $10 the motors are $30 any other part that I know of is 10 you might have to ask but yes so much cheaper than ordering off Amazon or whatever I recommend you go get your parts there and the gentleman there is during the day superb guy very nice considered awesome dude

Newest UPDATE: After receiving the washer back I did of load of laundry and now the drier isn’t working. Have waited all weekend for repair and now am getting a different dryer that isn’t even same color as the one I bought. Now a mismatching set. Mind you I paid $400 for this set.

UPDATE: Owner had his tech guys come pick it up this afternoon and it was brought back in less then 3 hours. Everything works great and I’m back to doing laundry again!

Bought an older washer and dryer from here. Delivery was prompt, made sure to collect my $400 before even unloading the appliances.

Got them hooked up and knob on washer doesn’t turn the dial. When you start a load of laundry it just gets stuck on that cycle.

Only have a seven day warranty, they are supposed to pick the washer up now and fix it and return. Hopefully doesn’t take away from the one week warranty.

Dryer worked fine no problems.

We are here now, was promised a car, drove from Ada to see the vehicle drive off the lot by another customer. It was problematic getting here and making arrangements for child care, ect. No heads up about other offers they were taking, no notice, nothing. Just a “idk.” And been waiting 30 mins for an answer.

Purchased a refrigerator last week. Was told it was new but dinged in the corner. I asked about delivery. Was told it was $55. I specifically asked does delivery get the fridge inside or to my front door. Robert said they could bring fridge in but wouldn’t install. I said cool no issue. When fridge was delivered Bobby told me it would be an additional $35 to bring it inside. I was upset because that wasn’t what Robert told me, but nonetheless paid the fee. When I checked my bank account, they charged me 48.80 for installation instead of $35. After installing the fridge I began to take the tape off and noticed I am missing 3 door trays and had to clean the bottom of fridge because it was dirty. No way this fridge is brand new. Granted that’s my fault for not inspecting fridge throughly before purchase, it’s also their fault for lying about the condition of their products. Will not buy from them again. Will not recommend. They have nice looking stuff but it’s not worth the risk.

Please, I advise you all, PLEASE do not buy from these people. This business does not do anything about your washer even if you tried. We bought a “new” Maytag smart load 4.8 cu ft. washer but it is not at all in good condition. When it is washing with a very very VERY light load, the washer is spinning very aggressively and loudly and it seems that the shocks or springs may have failed on it. They said it was “working as intended” and that there isn’t anything wrong with it. 1 week is not exactly the best warranty assured on it. They said they would come out here to look at it with their boss but didn’t come ever or even plan it with me. The price for the washer was nice, but now having to be stuck with a washer that shakes not even in a full load (even if the weight is distributed evenly) is one of the most inconveniences I’ve ever ran into. I will never trust another secondhand store that claims the washer is “new.” They do not even get back to you as soon as you text them or call and leave a message. Very bad with replying. Adam is the one who had helped but again, did not do much for me. Now I have a washer that is out of warranty and nothing being done to it after being told that I would get it looked at. They claimed I “refused” service but I have text messages proving that I did not ever go against it and I wanted to schedule something with them but they never got back with me.

We had purchased a smart top load washer with 4.8 cu. ft. and it didn’t operating as expected. we were told that the washer was new and was only sent back to lowes due to “damage on the box”. the washer when loaded with either half a load evenly or even just 3 jackets , it spins very loosely and aggressively. we have owned many washers before and never had an issue, regardless of the load size. We were being patient with the owner and adam who assisted us, and my boyfriend are very disappointed with their communication and lack of support for the repair we were promised. We have text message proof that adam was going to come and bring parts with his boss but never made the schedule with us. They also said they would show us a video of how other washers are so that we can see that ours is working “as intended.” we never refused service at all and we were very patient. adam did not get back with us promptly, nor did the service team with the email that my boyfriend had sent to them and they still did not even reply back. Not to mention, adam was not handling the washer carefully when helping bring it into our apartment so it came with even more scratches and dings even when my boyfriend helped them. all we needed was help with the washer and reassurance that it really is working properly. even if the business can’t provide parts when promised, they could have at least taken a look to inspect it. the warranty is now not active and we are stuck with a problematic washer. ‼❌PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS❌‼
