I would highly recommend J&J. They were the 2nd company dispatched by Lowe’s to fix our ice maker. First company wanted to charge us $534 for a refrigerator that was still under warranty without actually even look to see what the problem was. J&J came out and assessed the issue and ordered the parts. As soon as the parts came in the tech arrived and fixed the problem. Thank you for getting the completed and timely professional manner. The tech that came out was very knowledgeable!

J & J Appliances did a wonderful job. I appreciate that J & J was able to come out within 24 hours of my call. The service technician was clean, professional, and informative. He carried out his work with confidence, diagnosing and repairing the appliances with efficiency. He worked on my refrigerator and my dryer. The services were appropriate and effective and extended the life of my appliances, saving me money in the long run. I will continue to look to them for any future appliance needs.

Next day service. Technician was prompt, friendly and worked efficiently. He seemed very knowledgeable. J&J sent a phone message as a reminder of appointment that morning and the technician texted 30 minutes before arrival. Fair prices. Will used again if the need arises.

LG freezer was frosting a LOT! Ethan found the rubber thingie wasn’t sealing tightly on the right side. Cleared out all the frost; took out the drawers, checked everywhere. Seals working now. No replacement/fix required. If frosts up again, he’ll come back. But so far good. We’re both guessing it got fouled up when the uppper tray/drawer got cockeyed a few weeks ago (I fixed that - honest!). Very satisfied; timely; friendly; efficient. Thanks!
