Amazing! I was worried at first because you have to pay before you see the work but her work is great. I only payed for a re sole and she repaired stitching and new laces free of charge. I’ve worn these boots 6 days a week for two years and this is the 3ed time I’ve had to re sole them and they still look great

Moved out to San Bernardino county from LA and needed a good shoe repair place. Needless to say there weren’t many. I read the reviews on Harry’s and decided to give it a try. Came in on a Tuesday afternoon, dropped off 5 pairs of heels and paid…and it was so darn reasonable!!!!! And to make things even better, I asked my boyfriend to pick up the shoes as he was in the area, and the same Friday, they were ready! Whaaaa? There are still businesses existing that put their best work forward and take care of their customers! Highly recommend!!!!! And they even cleaned up all my shoes! Above and beyond for sure!!! Thank youuuuu!

I was taking a cable tie off a pair of shoes and accidentally cut the strap. They did a beautiful job on repairing the strap without it looking repaired.

What a hidden gem! It's definitely worth the drive! They always answer the phone. Great with information, hours, and directions. Street parking in the area! Once there everything was explained and the cost was super great. They explained how the repairs to my 30 year old, LV backpack could be completed. Whoever Harry was left these great women in charge to carry on. It's a shame that most shoes, bags, etc. are not the same quality as those of yesteryear. We need to keep small businesses like this open and supported. My backpack was a gift from my now deceased father. It has traveled the world. With this repair, she can do another 30 years with more worldwide destinations!

I have to say that Harry's went above and beyond with my boot repair! They left my Harley's in awesome, awesome shape. This is my first time coming to Harry's and am blown away by the sevice. Took in my Jansport backpack to get a broken zipper repaired, and they did an excellent job replacing it with a new one! The new zipper looks just like the original one

We have gone here on & off for years. Always had good service. I brought a pair of boots in with fur edging on the top. I explained that I loved the boots & wanted the shaft made larger. This meant adding leather completely re- doing the zipper all the way to the fur lining. Not only was he very helpful ,but explained what he would do & that it would be a first for him, but he would do it. When I came back I had 2 boots totally re- customized exactly as I asked. This was no small task as there was leather, fur trim & quilted material and lacing. I've been wearing these periodically during the winter season for 8 years! And they look brand new. This man is a craftsman & knows his work. If you want shoe repair done well stop in. He was very nice to me.

Repaired my luggage enough to get home, since it wasn't a quick fix for a full repair.

They fixed both items on site within ten minutes , they’re real pros and in super grateful as my other shoppe wasn’t able to find the piece needed for the finiteness equipment , my other item DB bag was fixed and they charged me ten only . The best in town

I had only been here once before a long time ago and an older gentleman assisted me.

I came in this morning because my new strappy sandal heals were lose at both my ankle and sole.

I was expecting to just drop them off but I quickly got extra holes punched in for support at my ankle and some adhesives that would help with slippage as well as provide extra padding to make it less loose.

I recommend this place if you’re in need of a repair.

Knowledgeable in what they are doing. My only complaint is that if you need to leave a item to be repaired, they demand you pay the entire bill upfront BEFORE you can actually see the work, that was done. Make sure you bring a lot of cash.

Wow ...what an awesome service . I got my shoes repaired and keys made at the same time and all in 1 shop. Harry's. Shoe repair and keys did it all for me. Harry is very passionate friendly helpful and real and I will recommend anyone to his business.

Very good customer service and very patient. Reasonably priced and quick very honest. Loved it I will keep taking my shoes there. My mother recommended this place since she took my fathers dressy shoes and I see why.
