Had Valley Wide Exteriors install 5 new basement windows in our home. They replaced the original single pane glass/aluminum that was there from the original construction of the house. Casey was willing to work with my 3rd shift rotating schedule to get an estimate figured out and the day scheduled for the install. The installer came out (on time) and did the install. Casey then scheduled a day to come back and inspect the work of the installer. Very open communication, top notch workers and work. If you are looking for an honest company that does good work consider Valley Wide Exteriors. Highly recommend.

Casey and his team is super professional and the quality of work is outstanding. They offer a wide variety of options, walk with you through the whole process, always got back to me promptly whether it was Casey himself or is Project manager. He brought over samples and helped us select the perfect color and style of siding and accents for our home. Since we knew we were having multiple projects done this summer, we needed someone willing to work with us on timing the siding job appropriately and he was able to do that. A hailstorm damaged my siding so I requested a referral from someone I trusted and that would know what company did good work. I contacted the referred company, Valley Wide Exteriors, to have my siding replaced due to the hail. It started with being contacted by Aria to set a meeting at my home. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job helping me with selecting the siding. Her expertise helped me to go through all the options to pick the perfect products for my taste. The siding job started when it was scheduled and finished as expected. Casey and Chris came to my home after the job was done to inspect the finished siding and made a few adjustments. I was extremely pleased with the siding and loved the new look of my house. Casey called me a while later to check that I was still happy with the siding and asked if I had any questions. He said he would be calling me every 6 months for 5 years to be check in about the siding. I was very pleased with the great job that was done but even more impressed with Casey's commitment to a high-quality job. He originally promised that he wanted things done right with this project and indeed he did. I feel he went way above the standard business jobs and should be proud he was building a positive reputation for his company and demonstrating his own personal commitment. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Valley Wide Exteriors installed 10+ vinyl windows and 2 exterior doors in our 1953 rehab home. Throughout the entire process Casey remained professional and responsive in his communication with us, giving us updates on the status of the windows and remaining flexible with our schedule. In addition Casey and his team replaced an old custom made bay window that the old owner had built and that was in bad shape. Valley Wide framed a new window opening, and clad the exterior with custom made siding to match the existing unique siding of the home.

In any of our future rehab projects Casey and Valley Wide Exteriors will be my first choice for window and door installation, and I'm always happy to support a local veteran-owned business.

Casey and his team were fantastic. I reached out early spring looking for quotes for a siding job for my house. I got quotes from multiple companies and Valley Wide came in at a fraction of the cost for the same job with the same siding brand. His team went above and beyond and were very particular to detail. They removed a window, installed and built out a door frame, and helped touch up areas I couldn’t get to as an added bonus to the job. If you want a great job done by great people, this is the company to go with. Very easy to work with. My wife and I are very pleased.

Casey and his team are hands-down, the best when it comes to exterior work. I cannot believe how great my windows look and they are meticulous when it comes to the work they do. One guy replaced all my windows within one (very hot) day and he did a fantastic job. The entire process was hassle free. Casey was great in our home. There was no pressure to sign now. The installation crew was great. They communicated well each day, cleaned up well, and even played with our dog. The windows look great.

Very knowledgeable, Casey took his time explaining/educating the replacements & repairs (we needed rotting wood replaced, a full frame was built to be able to install some of the new windows). We had a total of 6 windows replaced. The crew was professional, respectful, efficient & kept everything clean both inside & out. I was impressed with the attention to detail. Communication was great from start to finish.

Casey was great to work with. Went through great detail in explaining the windows I was purchasing, installation process, etc. Windows took a little longer to get in than expected but such is life in today's world of supply shortages. Installation went very well. Very happy with our purchase.

First, we had Valley Wide Exteriors install some windows that we had previously purchased. They were fantastic and told us about all the good qualities of the windows we had chosed (instead of bashing the quality of the windows because they weren't theirs). We ordered the rest of our windows from Valley Wide Exteriors. The communications continued throughout the waiting process of getting our windows, installation, and follow-up. Even though they installed the windows the last week of December, our home temperatures didn't fall but maybe a couple of degrees. The Valley Wide Exteriors team kept the time the window cavity was open to a minimum. Employees were always curtious. Because of the weather, they ran dropcloths throughout the home, to keep our floors clean. Speaking of clean - they did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves. The following week, the owner came through for a follow-up, explaining everything about each of the windows and making sure we were satisfied.

Casey and his team at Valley Wide Exteriors came in with the lowest quote and absolute best service!! My older home needed some special attention and with his extensive construction experience there were no worries. We will trust them with all our continuing exterior needs.
