This was one of the easiest online shopping ever! Especially right before the holidays. I was searching online for a specific item that was sold out in all the stores in New York, where I live. And I couldn’t find it any other place on line. I placed my order and was in contact with Suzy (who is marvelous), with in one day. The customer service is fabulous ! Her prices are on point and not over priced. I was shocked...my item was shipped the next morning and Suzy even followed up to let me know when I will be receiving the tracking number and the package. She even wrote a personal letter thanking for the purchase when I received it. What a very professional store. It reminds me of a “personal boutique type” store. Easy helpful shopping. Their website has other beautiful items. We will shop here again!
