In the 6 years I have gone to this location, this store's staff members are very helpful and courteous. However, I have gone to this store a few times to pay my bill or do phone related business there, only to find the store is closed (during business hours)! No note or anything. It is left to look like the business is shutdown and no longer in business. I went there yesterday...the same thing. Luckily I was traveling in the area anyway.
All us customers ask is if they close for lunch or whatever, they should be considerate and professional to at least post a short and legible note on the door to and for their customers!
Most customers don't have time to drive and discover they might be closed...I suggest people to call before you go or go to a different location. And to employees here...PLEASE LEAVE A SHORT AND LEGIBLE NOTE stating you will be there the next day or after lunch. Just please be kind to the customers and post something when you will return. Thank you. They still are very polite though.

MetroPCS... really bad costumer service, they dont even take the time to explain the different plans or the features the line they are activating on you phone has. They just tell you, you are paying this amount and thats it. My last experience was horrible thats why i took my money and servive to another carrier. I was porting my number from other company and was supposed to get an instant credid wich i never did... ripoff!!!!
