Excellent customer service, component level repair (on some products/devices), and prompt service! I brought in a proprietary thumb drive for repair because an employee decided to eject it with his foot. To say the least, it ended up in five pieces. A replacement is $600.00 and it would take weeks to get. Dario knocked out the repair in less than 24 hours at a fraction of the cost of a new one.

Dario, the owner, is super great. I have a very old and outdated laptop that suddenly died on me. I took it to Dario and he brought it back to life and updated the Window to Window 10. All at very reasonable price within a few hours. When I picked my laptop up, he told me I don't have enough RAM to run the new Window so he added more RAM in there, cleaned up the junk that slowed the laptop down, all at no charge. The laptop is running like a brand new one at fast speed. Dario just got my business for life. I highly recommend him.

This was a night vs day difference from what other places, like Central Computers offered me - they told me my request wasn't possible for my rig (GPU, SDD upgrades), but they'd keep my system for 2 weeks before taking a look.

I needed a power jack repair on my laptop, and TechnoUno had both the lowest price for the job, and they had the part in stock (unlike any other repair store of the half dozen I contacted). When I got my computer back the next day, I found that they had even cleaned the screen and keyboard for free without mentioning it! My computer is now the cleanest and nicest it has been since I bought it, and I had to write a 5 star review to commend TechnoUno's service.

Eric and Dario were great. It's hard to find people who actually know how to fix a SurfaceBook. Fast service, fair and transparent pricing, and they did an awesome job. Would highly recommend these guys.

I needed a 2 min repair for a stupid mistake I made when closing the rear cover on a laptop. Stopped by and Dario was able to repair pro bono and tossed in a freebie too! They do component level board repair on laptops here (when you spill coffee on it) and use genuine parts (using donor boards). Would come here over say the apple store in a heartbeat for a repair.

Super helpful! Within minutes, they diagnosed an issue with the connection between my laptop's ssd and motherboard that had been giving me a ton of grief. They clearly laid out my options for repair and even showed me exactly what parts I could buy on Amazon to fix the issue. Great experience, and they didn't charge me a thing for the diagnosis!
