Fabulous, helpful, honest, ethical staff. You might have to wait, but boy, it's worth it! These folks know what they're doing. Customer service is REALLY important to them. And happily, I was the beneficiary of their excellent training, competence, and patience. Each of them took my requests seriously and did everything they could to get me the help I needed. Thank you Ashley, Eddie, Erik, and Stacey. You're a TEAM to be trusted!

Jacqueline (the manager) went above and beyond for me. She made sure that I wasn’t overcharged and that I got what I was paying for without me even asking her(!!). She was super friendly and professional, even when dealing with a customer service representative that was extremely slow and inexperienced. I appreciated her perseverance because I would have given up if it wasn’t for her. I genuinely feel 100% satisfied with the service she provided and will come here looking for her if I have any other issues with T-Mobile.

This review is about Monika. Wow what customer service! She was super helpful and looked up the warranty for my screen protector. Then she even installed it for me! It was amazing.. would’ve done a terrible job on my own. Thanks Monika!

Cool place, a little busy most of the time, but it is worth it the wait. I got my family plan for my phones here, around 4 years ago and actually it is a great deal for all the lines. They always have the newest devices such as iPhones and Androids. I wish they could open before 10:00 AM that would be awesome.

The store and all their employees are very helpful and professional with everything they do. Do not switch to T-Mobile because of their service. Their service map is a lie. I had them type in two addresses in the country prior to obtaining their service. The coverage map said I had 4G LTE coverage. When I got there with my brand new iPhone 10 S I couldn’t even make or receive a call, nonetheless watch a video. When they merged with Sprint My brother who lives in the country got the new t Mobil chip that they said would give them faster service. They have worst service than they did before with sprint, which is very hard to do! He told them he wants to take the chip out and go back to sprint and they said that he can’t. Do not listen to their coverage map, because I have proven it wrong in two separate locations. The two locations were in clear Lake California and Copperopolis California. The merge with T-Mobile and Sprint is just an advertising stunt.

I got a new phone but my simcard was the wrong size. I called customer service and they told me to go buy a new one from the store for around $10. It was 15 minutes to work but I needed my phone (would die without it!). I expected to wait and wait. But to my surprise I was attended to right after another customer 5 minutes time and the agent (Carlos I think) took care of it in less than 5 minutes time so I got my phone up and running with service in ten minutes and got to work on time. Ive considered Metro PCs or Sprint but because I've had great customer service here compared to those other places I'm sticking with these guys.

Ported a number from Google Fi to Tmobile today. No wait, minimal pressure to upgrade after making my needs and requirements clear and I had my number successfully transfered by the time I walked out the door with a brand new account 25 min later.

I visited the store recently to claim my free umbrella ☔ for having a T-Mobile line, and was warmly welcomed

Great service. I love that you get free 2G data and massage overseas in almost all country. Anyway I did not get that in Canada, perhaps just in province of Québec?

Tmobile insurance is not always the easiest to deal with, but the store was very helpful.
