Harbor Freight Tools

Had everything I needed to finish a side project. Only complaint was the wait time at checkout. With only one register open it felt like a long wait to pay for the few items I had.

Overall, my experience with purchases from Harbor Freight have been very good. Quality vs price seems very fair especially for the types of tools that I only use occasionally.

Lots of items available, bought lots from them. Beware, there is a 20% restock fee for anything returned, even unopened items.

Bought an engine hoist. Well made. Easily put together. Foldable. Maneuvers easily.

A lot of people don't like the quality of the tools here, but my experience shows that it's comes down to getting the correct tool for the job and not going with the cheapest one. Their selection is diverse and ranges from top tier to cheaper then most. There is nothing wrong with any of their inventory, but don't except a 20 dollar tool to do the work of a 120 dollar one.

Clean, organized well, spent more than what I planned (couldn't beat the prices), staff was wonderful. The employees were easy to find and quick to help answer my questions and locate a specific product. I even walked out with a free bucket thanks to another friendly customer 🙃 . Highly recommend! I like the prices and variety of little trinket tools

I don’t have any pictures to add, but I did want to say that this was my first visit to Harbor Freight, and the lady at check out was super sweet. I did not get her name, but she was an older dark-skinned lady, and she was amazing. She showed me how to sign up for coupons and find them in my phone. She also added me in their system to get my email updates. The Store was super clean and well organized. The only thing I would add that may be improved upon would be that I was there for 30 minutes yet no one approached me. It probably would not have taken much to see that this was not my typical store, so I would’ve liked to have a bit of guidance on the things I was looking for. I would return. I found a great sale on a 10-ft ladder I’d been wanting.

They are always so helpful and seem to always find what I came for.

Always a pleasure going to this store. I am not sure if I always happen to catch it at the right time or what but the store is always clean and well laid out and ordered. Never had a complaint against of the staff. They are ( in my experience) always willing and ready to explain if ever you have a question! Over all a very relaxed and organized place to do business!

We traveled over an hr to pickup an item not available at our store. Patricia helped us SO much! Reserved it before we left, refunded our original item and got us all checked out. We're headed back to pick up another item this morning. These guys are great at customer service!

Great place to get cheap tools some things are better than others get the extended warranty and take it back no questions asked

Honestly who doesn't love this store? They have everything anyone could want with regards to tools and accessories for any project. I always read the sale paper because they like to surprise you with great deals hidden within its pages. No complaints here and plan to shop again soon.
