Experience with this alleged company was horrendous. They sent some young guy that did not possess a plumbing license nor did he know how to diagnose, had a big ticket order that they could have had but he was only qualified to clean a drain. I worked at a plumbing company for a few years and national franchise I'm quite familiar with the protocol so I asked him regarding credentials showed him the issues in the house and he said he was leaving to go talk to the plumber never returned only to find out he had given a outlandish excuse to the property owner. And then when I called the number listed for the company I believe it's someone's cell phone or home number the female who answered the phone lied and said she didn't know anything about it when in fact she is the one that the property owners spoke with. Very shady people.
