The food was very good, and the place had plenty of tables for seating. You order at the counter and they give you a number for your table and bring the food out.

I really want to say thank you to the staff for how transparent they are when it comes to explaining gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian choices. My friend and I came to visit on a Thursday night and I can’t remember her name but she was so patient and informative with us to clarify our questions about what to eat. Great customer service and the atmosphere of the restaurant is so cute. They even have a hand washing sink by the sauces and napkins section.

Super friendly and accommodating staff, very helpful to find gluten-free, vegetarian and pescatarian options. Tasteful bowl and sushi with gluten-free soy sauce. Spacious, bright and calm environment with outside seatings. They have an offer to get a bowl for free by downloading their app to order to spend $15, so a free meal, too.

This was a delivery order to a Disney Resort. Took a little longer than I would have liked but I knew that upfront when I ordered how long it would take. The order was correct and the food was great as always. I ordered a few different dishes and sides and all were delicious. Wish there was a location near my home but I look forward to ordering again on my next Disney trip.

Friendly staff, fast service and good hot food! The kids meal was decent portion size. The slushy and boba 🧋 tea was tasty!

We ended up here accidentally, but I’m glad we did. The place was pretty packed and there was a wait but the employee who helped us was very kind. The food is excellent and the portions are pretty large for the price.

Fantastic Experience at Bento

Bento has been an absolute gem of a find for us! We're incredibly thankful that it stays open until 10 pm, accommodating our late-night cravings. Our recent visit reaffirmed why this place holds a special spot in our hearts.

The service was commendable—prompt and attentive without being intrusive. What truly steals the show here is their sushi and poke bowls; they're unmatched! The flavors burst in every bite, leaving us craving more.

While we thoroughly enjoyed their delightful array of appetizers, the fried rice didn't quite hit the mark for our taste buds. However, their noodle bowls and those with white rice, were a treat worth savoring.

Recently, we ventured to try their new hibachi dish. While the main protein and vegetables left us satisfied, the fried rice didn't meet our expectations. Nevertheless, this didn't dampen our overall experience.

Speaking of favorites, we do miss the scallops on the hot lava rolls and the presence of ramen noodle bowls on the menu. These were absolute highlights for us, and we hope they make a return soon!

Despite these minor preferences, Bento remains a fantastic spot offering exceptional food and a pleasant ambiance. It's become a go-to for us, and the overall experience consistently delights. The blend of flavors and variety of dishes they offer truly make it stand out.

My first time trying it. I got the fried rice beef and chicken and pork rolls. It was great. Love the taste. Was pretty quick but came in when wasn’t so busy. Even if it was busy I’d still would order again cause I loved it. Very happy customer! Thank you

First time trying it and it was delicious. We had a build your own poke bowl, beef bulgogi bento box and TNT sushi roll. They were all great and tasty. The spicy mayo went really well with the poke bowl. It was a great first experience. The staff was really nice and the place was also very clean. We would definitely come back since we live only nearby.

Very cool, popular place. Great menu with several sushi, poke bowl, boa tea, noodles, or rice options. Not very kid friendly for any picky kids. Typically are very busy but definitely get food out in a timely manner.

Been to bento back when I lived in South Florida, so glad they opened one here! The sushi is delicious as well as their wok bowls/bento boxes. Great place for quick eats and bubble tea!

First visit. Very good food. My daughter ordered Shrimp Fried Rice Bowl, my son had General Tso Chicken (which is not spicy), my wife built a Poke Bowl, and I had Teriyaki Chicken (which comes with Teriyaki sauce to pour over the chicken). All of the food was delicious! Service was excellent. Price was a little high, but the amount of food was enough to make up for it. Be sure to come with an appetite. This location is highly recommended!

Well for starters, every meal is well cooked, hot, presentation was excellent, customer service is friendly and making the customer a priority. The tables were clean. Napkins, utensils, chopsticks, and condiments are plentiful. Price point is very affordable for the amount of food you will recieve. My chicken and fried rice was very tasteful, a huge and very seasoned bowl. The sweet orange chicken with noodles was also very tasty and a good portion of food was served with this dish. A children's portion of noodles, green beans, and teriyaki chicken was all well cooked and tasty with just the right portion for a child. One of the best Asian fast food restaurants in my top 5. Highly recommend this restaurant.

First time dining here and I’m glad I did. The noodles were delicious, plenty of chicken and veggies. The portion was very good and the customer service was great. The order did take long, but I could see why. To go orders were being made and drivers where picking it up from what I can see. So, it’s understandable. I order through door dash all the time, so I see both sides of the coin. I’ll def be back. Don’t listen to all the reviews. My experience was a good one. I’ll update if that ever changes.

Ate here today as part of their soft open and I really, REALLY enjoyed the food. It's a little like Pei Wei, but better.

Got the Udon Steak noodle bowl with stir fry veggies and it was pretty big. Combo came with a side and drink, got the edamame which was nice and lightly salty. The steak was tender. Like, surpringly tender. Got some Yum Yum sauce to dip it in too (They call it white sauce). The veggies had a crunch to them. The udon was soft, but not sticky. The flavor was great. Shared a Volcano roll, too which was pretty good. They're pretty big pieces, too.

It's a nice space with a decent amount of indoor and outdoor seating, but I think when Margaritaville opens up this place is always going to be packed. It's damn good.

With Bento's being the Only Asian spot in the plaza, there's No other options But would be also be the Best option if there was. Love going & eating at Bentos & since now that I work close by N get a Lil work discount I truly extra love eating there 👍🏿👌🏿

I never had Bento’s before. Still even haven’t tried it yet but thanks to Jen, I still have my first experience waiting at my fingertips. I originally ordered it on uber eats, but I ordered a little too late. the next day i tried asking uber support to reimburse and they weren’t budging. so i called bentos to see if i can just go in and reorder myself. but i’m in tampa instead of orlando now and finding out tampa had a bentos i wanted to still try it! uber eats was going to kill my experience with Bentos but with Jen’s stellar customer service, patience and understanding, she helped me get uber eats to understand my issue to refund me so i may try bentos in tampa. thank you Jen! too bad i couldn’t come visit Jen’s store to have an even better experience, i’ll be sure to try one day i come back to the O but with her help i can try bentos here in tampa. can’t wait
