Somehow in the mix, usps sent my package to the homossassa post office instead of Ocala… where I live… correct address listed on package too. An expensive package at that. It was about to be delivered out to nowhere unless I drove to get it before a truck picked it up or sent it back to my seller. So I drove 1 hour to get my package to avoid waiting any longer due to influx with the holidays. Thanks for helping me Andrew!

This post office is very clean, every time I go there with mail or questions the clerks are always very helpful and informative. You can tell this office is very well taken care of as well. 10/10 recommend.

Incredible.....

I picked up a fly rod and was asked if I was missing a similar length package. Seems another rod had shown up without a name on it and they were getting ready to send it back to lost mail division.

I said I had been waiting for a rod to show for over a week. I was able to identify what make of rod would be in the package. They opened and identified it in the back room and sure enough it was the one I was waiting for. They saved me from losing it.

I give this lil post office a five star. I have used this post office since it was placed. My home town go to post office for everything from boxes to stamps. Great customer service.Always smiling faces. Great atmosphere and quick prompt service with fair prices.

The employees of the Homosassa Springs FL branch go beyond the call. Always helpful, caring and cheerful, they make the experience of waiting in line bearable. They do the absolute best with the tools they are given. I am a regular visitor often going everyday. Bravo USPS.

Tim; our Postman knocked on our door to check if we were home because it was raining and he didn't want to leave the boxes in this weather.
He was very kind, considerate and we appreciate his services.

The employees are very polite and efficient. All my questions are well answered and the employees are knowledgeable. You are treated well and the atmosphere is pleasant. It's a busy location though and recent road work has interrupted routine traffic flow around the entrance so plan accordingly.

Went to ship a framed piece of glass and Linda helped me. She was amazing and cheerful, it was a very positive experience!
