I had a great experience at mattress firm in el monte.Wayne was very professional and I had a great experience with him he showed me all mattresses and he helped me out choose the perfect matress for me. He also has great customer service and attended all my needs and answered all my questions. Also Henry the delivery man was also very professional and had great customer service they assembled my bed perfectly and answeredall my questions. Kudos to the Matress firm team keep up the greatwork.

Sal is awesome, he help me by listening to my wants and needs. Showing me their product and letting me make my decision on the mattress I was more comfortable with and cost .

We had a bad experience at another Mattress Firm store. Luckily, we happened to be driving by the store in El Monte, and we decided to give this store a shot. We were greeted and serviced by Jason, the store manager. Jason gave us the red carpet treatment, he went what we felt was above and beyond. He was patient, showing us several mattresses that might fit our specific needs.
He made us feel comfortable.
We ended up buying the Beautyrest mattress, and we love it.

Came in with no intention to buy (that’s what I told my husband) but thanks to Stephanie I got my way once again and purchased a great mattress with the all adjustable frame. Stephanie was so knowledgeable and helped us pick out a mattress that was perfect for both of us. She also made my husband feel like the decision was 100% his when it came time to “swipe the debit card”. I am very satisfied with the attention and service we received and would 100% recommend anyone looking for a mattress set to come talk to Stephanie she will take care of you. I can’t forget to mention she got us an amazing deal and I am forever grateful to her for that.

Came in on their opening day with my fiancé just to look around spectacular service provided by Stephanie. We instantly clicked a good connection and knew she’d help us find exactly what we wanted. He used a really cool app called Mattress Matcher that gave me great options to choose from (which I LOVED)! He made my experience very personal and ensured I was pleased with my purchase.
