Classy Boutique

Never received product. Refused to give refund after special order never came after 7 months. Told me I had to buy something with 100 dollars in her place. I was not happy with her cheating me.Instead of classy the woman who claimed she was the owner, Wendy, was trashy. After asking several times when the cologne I prepaid for about over eight months, she just told me sorry please buy something else in my store worth 100 dollars. I said I didn’t need clothes and wanted a refund and she refused and threatened to call police so I left. Please beware about her policies. I would never go again. The so called boutique is in Arvin Ca. Thank you 💙
