All Pawn and Guns

I recently moved to MD. So I've been looking for an FFL dealer that knows their stuff. Especially living in MD where there is a lot of stuff to know. The Gentlemen at All pawn are superb in every aspect. Super friendly, Super approachable, and well informed about MD laws and regulations. With everything that's happening, it is normal to find poor customer service. HOWEVER, not here at All Pawn & Guns, they have kept the bar raised. I love their great customer service and I love this place.

This place has been awesome. They are very understanding and willing to work with you. I didn't want to loose my pawned ring and was late. I called an they were willing to work with me. Everyone I have encountered in the business is professional and kind.

Great place for buying and transferring firearms. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I’m always greeted with smiles and great attitudes. Prices are reasonable and if what you’re looking for is not in the store they will do their best to find it. I can’t say enough good things about this place and the folks who work there.

Extremely professional, courteous, reliable staff. They do transactions in a timely manner and I always come out of the door satisfied and confident that my firearms are in a safe place. The only shop I will go to for FFL transfers as long as I live in Maryland. Thanks a lot!

Let me just say that this place is an awesome FFL and gun shop!! They are extremely easy to work with and very knowledgeable about guns and gun parts! I am always greeted with positive customer service, and they are an honest bunch!! You may even get a laugh or two in with these guys which makes the process or transaction even better! I have nothing but great things to say about All Pawn! I purchased 2 firearms from a family friend and he recommended going to All Pawn to do the transfer and I do not regret it. The store manager Devin helped me initially when processing the paperwork and his patience and kindness throughout the transfer process made everything that much easier.

I have been a customer of All Pawn & Guns for many years and every experience I have had is a great one. The customer service is top notch and the staff's knowledge of MD gun laws makes every transaction easy. Not to mention they have the lowest transfer fee around at only $30. Love this shop!!! Been to many firearms dealers and all pawn makes you feel at home. Very professional staff with tons of knowledge. Bought quite a few things from these guys and I have been a returning customer for a long time now. If you are looking for a specific firearm, don’t be scared to walk in and ask. They will do their best to find what you are looking for.

My husband and I were shopping for a home gun for me, but know nothing about guns aside from casual shooting at ranges. We’ve been shooting to feel out what we like, but me being a lefty with smaller hands made many guns difficult, including some ambidextrous ones. The place we originally went had zero patience to help me and just couldn’t understand that my thumb couldn’t reach the guns slide release on the gun they were recommending. To move my thumb further to reach the slide release would take away the grip I needed to use the strength in my thumb. We went into “All Pawn and Guns” and we were immediately greeted by Devin with a welcoming smile and “hello”. He listened to my struggles and could relate and understand being a lefty himself. We told him our budget in mind and helped us with so much patience and detail, we of course left having purchased the handgun. His recommendations were spot on because he listened to what was important to us and where my struggles were with other guns we’d handled. I cannot recommend this place enough! You can always feel when someone is just “selling you” (myself especially having a sales background) and this place sells you what you are looking for that meets your needs, not just what they want you to buy. I cannot wait to pick up my gun next week and take it to the range!!! Thank you, Devin!!!!!

I have been using All Pawn for years to transfer firearms and even sold a few things to them as well. Their transfer fees are very competitive, and the customer service is top notch. I have never had a bad experience, every employee that has ever worked there has always been polite and courteous.

I’ve had business several times with All Pawn (several firearm purchases/transfers). This business has great/prompt customer service, competitive pricing. Staff members are very friendly and open to any firearm related questions/very open to educating you on various topics. I would reccomend this location for firearm purchases and firearm transfers! Staff members Jimmy, Devin, and Shawn were great.

Best place to get guns in Southern Maryland. Period.

Nowhere else and I do mean NOWHERE else are you going to get better price on guns. Even in the midst of Corona they have never price-gouged on anything.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable on helping you get what you need and the ammo prices are WAY lower than that “other” place.

Listen, if you are looking for excellent customer service look no further. Jimmy and the associates here will make sure you are taken care of. Whether you are doing a pawn transaction or purchasing a firearm your experience is sure to be second to none. I will definitely be back. 5 Stars across the board!!! Whereas I am not accustomed to writing reviews on the various vendors I have done business with in the past, I would be remiss if I failed to mention the extremely favorable experience I have had with All Pawn, located in White Plains, MD. In all of my interactions with this vendor, both telephonically and in person, I have found the proprietor and his staff to be very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. To date I have purchased three guns utilizing the FFL services offered by All Pawn, as well as recently purchased a weapon from them directly. Their prices for the FFL services are competitive with their local competitors, and on all occasions the fulfillment of the FFL went without a hitch, as they walked me through each step of the process necessary to complete my Maryland State Handgun purchase. In talking with the owner, Devon, I found that he is more than willing to be competitive with the prices of his weapons - which I can’t say about his competitors, which is why I am now buying my handguns directly from All Pawn vice from on-line vendors. I would encourage those looking for a handgun and/ or long rifle to stop by and check out All Pawn. If they don’t have the weapon in stock they will inquire with their distributors as to their ability to acquire same, while giving you the best price available. Again, I have been pleasantly surprised with the interactions I have had with Devon and his staff, and will continue to frequent this shop for all my shooting needs. JMG

With today's fast pace and the fact that most store have poor to no customer service at all, it is nice to know that there’s still establishments such as All Pawn that have great customer service. Furthermore, I truly believe that is you visit All Pawn, you will experience a great customer service, and you will know that they care about you and the development of a long-term relationship that means more than just making a sale.

Great customer service and a nice variety/selection of jewelry and guns.

My husband and I have been doing business at All Pawn for years and always have one of their business cards on hand to pass on. I was born and raised right here in Charles county and it was not unusual to enter a place of business and be greeted by my first name. With Charles county businesses expanding and growing it's really nice to walk into a business and be greeted with a smile and by my first name. All Pawn's staff is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They have vast amounts of knowledge from everything dealing with guns, jewelry, electronics, and power tools. On the rare occasion they can't provide an answer to your question, they will find the correct answer.
On special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries when a peice of jewelry (or power tool) is a likely gift, we no longer even consider a trip to the Mall. We do our business at All Pawn and now our children as well. Thank you Devin, Jimmy, Sean, and the rest of you guys for your continued, superior service to our family and community.

If you live in the Southern Maryland area, don’t bother going to the rude store on 301 (you know who I’m talking about) , just head to white plains. Looking to make another purchase very soon!!
