I suddenly got a rapid blinking left turn signal inside the cab of my car, which I assumed indicated I had a burnt out turn signal bulb. I pulled out my phone and typed in auto parts store near me, O'Reilly Auto parts popped up as being very close. I went inside and went over to where the headlights tail lights/bulbs are located. I thought I would find some type of parts book chained to the area so that I could look up which bowl I needed. But I didn't find one, so I went and asked one of the employees. He quickly looked it up for me. I was able to purchase my bulb. The gentleman at the counter told me that if I needed any tools to get to the tail light to change it to come in and let him know and that they had tools that could lend me to get the bulb changed now instead of later. I really really appreciated it that. I didn't even think about that I might need a tool to facilitate changing the bulb. In all honesty I hadn't even considered changing it right that moment. But after the employee made the offer to me, I decided I would check it out. I decided if I was able to change it right that moment it would be better, safety-wise, for myself and all the other drivers and that it would be nice to not have to worry about getting pulled over for failing to signal a lane change when in actuality it was a burnt-out bulb. As it turned out it was very very easy to change the bulb in my vehicle, no tools necessary. All in the same, the offer the employee gave me was very kind and unexpected. One of those little things that happens throughout your day that makes you regain a little faith in the kindness of humans.

I went in to buy a set of turn signal bulbs. Devon was very kind, and offered to install them for me. I appreciate the great customer service they showed. I will be back!

Called and visited this location a handful of times, they have always been very friendly and helpful. Just went in for a bad battery under warrantee and they were having issues with testing it, but after a while management approved the replacement and got me on my way with a fresh battery for my wife. I would recommend this location.

Cameron was very helpful. Helped us find wiper blades and headlight bulbs, offered to change them out for us, and had us done in minutes.

Had a bit of a ‘Jeeping’ accident while out camping that put me in a bit of frenzy. The gentlemen that helped me was informative and friendly. Turned out it’s super minor and wasn’t life or death for Big Red (my jeep). Even the customer he was helping chimed in w/ some knowledge. Couldn’t of been more happy w my experience. Thanks!

Gene absolutely saved the day! Austin was super friendly on the telephone. Extremely reasonably priced, they tested my battery at no charge and my alternator, then installed my new battery for me. Highly recommend over the other auto parts stores.

My story is much too long to cover here but the entire staff that was on duty on 2/2/2023 at the 8055 Carder Court in Littleton absolutely amazing people. I appreciate these folks more than I can explain here but this location has secured a lifelong customer.

Excellent service. I brought vehicles here on two separate occasions with battery problems fully expecting to have buy a new battery. On both occasions staff were congenial and professional, performed the necessary checks without charge, did not try to sell me unnecessary products or services, and provided me with helpful advice to get me on my way safely and quickly.

This is my go-to auto parts store. I discovered last week that they can turn brake rotors. I took them two rotors and Gene did a great job with both of them - saved me buying new ones! They also loan some tools, and more often than not have the obscure whatever I need in stock. Also, I had an issue with a re-manufactured alternator and they replaced it under warranty absolutely without any push back whatsoever.

I Lost my serpentine belt on the 470 Friday night, was able to limp the Truck to this O'Reillys Store and met Gene. He was very helpful, had the parts I needed and loaned us the Tools to get everything fixed in the Parking lot and get back on the road. Thanks guys, Much Appreciated!

Having visited this location close to a dozen times, I'm always super impressed with their service and commitment to the customer. And who doesn't love the fact that they'll drop in the new battery for you, or install the new wiper blades! At my last visit a couple days ago, Daniel was incredibly helpful and very friendly.

This is by far the most helpful auto parts store I've ever been to. Everyone is so knowledgeable and will do a lot of little things for no charge and with a smile... Like help you change your wiper blades and much more.

I'm impressed with this place. They're friendly and do what they say. I ordered a hitch receiver at 4pm, and it was in by 7:30am the next morning. Saved our trip! Cheaper and faster than Amazon.

Great service! Went in with both headlights out thinking I blew a fuse and the guy who helped me advise me it was more likely the headlights themselves. He taught me how to check and even replaced one side while I did the other. In and out, driving safely! Thanks!

My new favorite O'Reilly location.
I bought an alternator from O'Reilly less than a year ago and it failed on me. I went to a different unspecified O'Reilly location and they told me it wasn't covered under warranty. An alternator less than a year old, not covered by warranty?!

So I called up this location and they swapped it out no problem.
Damon(?) the supervisor made it easy and didn't give me a hard time.

This store will now be my go-to because of the great customer service!

I was looking for power steering fluid for my car. Logan was very helpful, he looked up the type I needed and found it for me. His customer service was great and saved me a lot of time searching the aisles.

I had the best experience ever at an auto parts store! The gentleman behind the counter Sam came out and helped me figure out my headlight situation, he saved me 800$ and a major headache. I can't thank him enough!
