I saw their ad on indeed for a Crisis Screener, which is a master’s degree level professional. The pay range: $19 to $19.23.

As a master’s level clinician, I’m absolutely INSULTED to see such a low and ridiculous compensation. Myself and others did not spend 6 years in school to make less than a store manager at Walmart or Best Buy does.

This company clearly doesn’t appreciate its employees if they’re willing to pay them so little for emotionally taxing work.
