I have ordered soy wax flakes many many times from this company with no issues. I just received what was supposed to be a 5 pound bag of 444 flakes and it was a full pound short. It’s absolutely absurd that with all of the companies out there competing that they’d short a returning customer. Wax isn’t cheap. I just paid 5.00 a pound which absolutely makes me so upset
