Our carrier is awful. I have made numerous complaints. With my recent complaint the postmaster Constance's solution is to punish me by having the carrier place undeliverable package slips so I have to go to office to pick up my packages. Constance gave me a 1800AskUSPS number which send me in circles. Just awful.

I filled out a form stating who lives at my address twice, yet I'm still receiving previous owners mail. It has been 8 months. I've also been awaken by the mail person on several occasions, because she has refused to leave her car, she blows her horn for 2 or 3 mins. one occasion I did not go out side I watched her get out walk half way to the house and throw it on the porch luckily nothing was broken, it even had fragile on the package

Our carrier is awful. Everytime I'd have a schedule package to be be delivered, they never deliver but place undeliverable package slips saying sorry; wasn't able to deliver, but wants me have go to office to pick up my packages.

Packages are ALWAYS LATE, LOST OR JUST DISAPPEAR! CAN'T TRUST THEM TO SEND A SIMPLE LETTER! Mail delivery ppl are nice. That's about it!
