Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa

Had our pool resurfaced by Mike and his team. The customer service was outstanding, the quality of craftsmanship was outstanding! Job was done exactly when Mike said it would be. I would recommend pinch a penny dunedin to anyone wanting a resurfaced pool!!!

I have been driving from the south part of Clearwater to this Pinch a Penny in Dunedin for 4 years. The reason is after trying pool stores in my area I found this one to be worth the drive. They are very happy for your business and show it by going over and above with very professional, knowledgeable, caring service. They spend time answering any questions you have. It feels like family when you walk through the door. I highly recommend this store on Over cash in Dunedin.

Mike and his team treated me like family. I had my lanai floor re-done and used Pinch A Penny as the subcontractors. Mike made sure everything was done to my specifications. 5 stars for sure!

Best pool store around. $7.50 for 2.5 gallons of 12% chlorine is insane! And a free jug after every 10!? Also love the returnable/refillable containers. Environmentally friendly way of doing it. Not sure why other products aren’t done this way. I won’t go anywhere else. These guys are the best.

I first met Mike when our businesses were working together on another issue. Dealing with Mike and his team, I developed a comfort level that exceeded my comfort level with my local pool supply store. When my pool filter needed replaced, I approached Mike about having someone drive to Brandon from his Dunedin location. I knew before asking that I would pay for an additional 2 hours of travel time to get the technician there and back to his normal area but was comfortable with doing so. I can’t say enough. JD was on time, professional, the filter was replaced, everything was cleaned up and he was gone in less than 45 minutes. Beautiful installation with no leaks. Thank you!!!

Went there for a replacement part for my salt cell, the Palm Harbor location didn't carry. The staff was very helpful.

Use this store to purchase supplies for my business. The employees are very willing to help with loading heavy bottles and supplies. Also, it is important to note that the owner of the store is also extremely responsive. I had a question. He personally returned the call, handled the situation professionally and it was very clear that he strongly values outstanding customer service.

I use this store for all of my pool and hot tub needs. Today they went way above and beyond when I took in a video of my pool pump making a noise and then turning off. They not only diagnosed possible issues they walked me though how to determine the cause and step by step how to fix it. 15 minutes later my pool was working great! We have used this Pinch A Penny store since we moved to this home in October 2015 for weekly pool service. They keep our pool sparkling clean - - the one time we did have an issue they treated it and got it cleared up quickly. The reason for the 5-Star rating is their exceptional customer service above and beyond what we expected. We have had a couple of minor issues with our pump/filter in the past 6 months. I called Mike and he walked me through checking several things over the phone. When that did not solve the problem, he came by personally to help us get the problem resolved. Today, Dan "Big D" provided us help and advice with a major water level drop in our pool. He asked us questions, checked over our pump/filter and then made some phone calls to help get a leak detection company in to see us quickly. He even did a dive into our pool to inspect the drain and gave us a very detailed review of what he saw and what we could expect from the leak detection visit. This top notch customer service experience is why we will be loyal customers to this Pinch A Penny location as long as we live in this home.

Always friendly and helpful! I was in a time crunch and needed some help with my pool. I made a phone call to the store and the owner got on the line to help out. I ended up bringing my filter in about 30 mins before closing and the owner and his team repaired my filter on the spot. Super grateful for their courtesy!

Awesome experience today! This Pinch A Penny Pool Store is well-lit with great parking and a super friendly staff and they have all the products that a person would need! They offer pool pump installation and all the services we have come to expect and appreciate! This is a true gem in Dunedin if you have a pool you owe it to yourself to go in and meet Mike, Gary and the other hard working staff!

These guys are great! I appreciate their advice and expertise so much I bought a $480 Jandy salt part from them today that I found online elsewhere for $350 because of their great service. Thanks guys!

We have been going to this Pinch a Penny for years and the one constant is Dan! He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We keep going back to this Pinch a Penny because of the service we receive from him. Since he is only there now one day a week, looks like Sunday is our Pinch a Penny day!

This location has the best customer service you will ever see, especially Dan and Kyle. All the guys are patient,friendly,helpful, knowledgeable and they provide fast service. This is my first pool. They have coached me along the way and never once seemed irritated. Can't say enough good things about them and this location. 👌
