Adriana over at Plum Creek Pharmacy is a miracle worker! My doctor recently prescribed a medication that required Pre-authorization from my insurance before it could be filled. Due to staff shortages, he warned me that it could take (up to) two weeks for his office to complete the necessary paperwork!?!

Adriana got it done in a single day! I seriously don’t know how she did it, but I will be forever greatful to her. She now has a lifelong customer in me. If you too need something done right (and quickly), don’t hesitate to contact Plum Creek Pharmacy!

I love that there isn't an IVR to fight to talk to the staff. In all my interactions, they have been friendly and helpful. Got a text my prescription was ready. And very quick in and out. The lady behind the counter was fantastic.

Very friendly staff. Haven’t been to too many mom and pop pharmacies. Wouldn’t be a bad thing to support local people. Able to get medicine that other big names pharmacies couldn’t. So that alone is awesome.

I love this Pharmacy, the perfect hook up for my med spa, and the customer service was excellent. It can be hard to get some of the items I need and they made it happen. Pricing was great as well!

Excellent customer service, friendly and very quick. I've used them several times and each time my prescription has been ready within the hour after the Dr called it out. So much better than other big pharmacies.

I have a compound prescription that’s between $75-200/month with most pharmacies. Not this one. No, they said right off they wanted to either match or beat the best price I’d had at other places. Not only did they get my expensive af prescription to me for $65, they delivered it to me that very same day. For free. The employee I spoke to, Micheal, even called me beforehand so I knew they were coming. He just drives around after they close, delivering prescriptions, I think. Honestly, this place goes above and beyond. I don’t care how much their employees are getting paid, it should be more. I wish I’d found them years ago.

I have so many good things to say about this place. First of all, you get personalized service where the people know you. Their prices are less expensive than the name brand pharmacies for my prescriptions. This includes both regular prescriptions and my compounded medications. I don’t have to wait in line an hour plus to get my meds. They’ll even deliver for free in the area. They are so friendly there and spend as much time as I need for them to answer my questions. I have officially transferred all of my prescriptions to them and won’t deal with big name places anymore.

I have had nothing but an amazing experience working with Plum Creek Pharmacy. Michael is the main pharmacist I've worked with and he's been so caring and helpful. He calls to check up on my experience and goes the extra mile. I am not just another number, it feels like I'm working with a friend. Please give them a try.

Tired of big pharmacy mess ups and run arounds??? Plum creek pharmacy is the place for you!! This is the BEST pharmacy in this region hands down.- professional, friendly, relaxed, helpful, and very reasonably priced! Compounding and anything you could need. If you go to one of the big pharmacies and you are sick of dealing with delays or waiting in line, it's time to switch. Last Thursday after fighting with Walgreens to get my meds once again, I decided it was time to make a move. I saw my family Dr and she called in a new med for me. When I got to Plum Creek, I walked up to the counter and handed them my ID and insurance card. They said, "oh miss Donahue I don't need that. I found your insurance already and your med is ready". Then today, I got a ring at my door bell and it's a package from Plum Creek. They dropped off 16 COVID tests. The note stated that my insurance pays for these. I never asked for it, yet they knew I could get them for free. So, they filled it and delivered it for free! When was the last time a big company did this for us? NEVER!!!

This place is the best, Had a script sent in on on Thanksgiving and Michael made sure I was taken care of. I am so happy I moved away from Walgreens to come to someone who can treat me as a person and not just a name on a screen.

No long lines like at H-E-B.

It was super easy to get our vaccines here (without the scheduling hassles of other pharmacies) plus very helpful staff!

Awesome pharmacy.very helpful and friendly. I’m allergic to blue dye and he helped me figure out a generic that did not have blue dye in it.
