We switched to this company & location last year when my husband's insurance changed. I've had nothing but good experiences with them - especially compared to our prior provider. They contact us regularly to see if we need supplies, etc. I am writing this now because of the OUTSTANDING service we received today in the office from Patrick, a Respiratory Therapist.
We went to the office after being completely frustrated on not being able to get responses from our physicians office on the status of a new RX we were expecting after my husband had completed a new sleep study a couple of months ago.

The woman at the reception area (sorry, I don't know her name) has always been very helpful; she's tremendously knowledgeable about CPAP and how insurance and physicians work. She was able to look at our records and give us some answers. She recommended that we have my husband's current machine looked at by a Respiratory Therapist to ensure it was working correctly and she was able to give us an appointment for only 2 hours later.
When we went back we met with Patrick. I can't emphasize enough how helpful he was. He determined the machine was working and gave my husband suggestions on a different hose and mask that would suit him better. Fortunately, they had it right there and my husband tried it and really liked it. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and kind. We walked out of there in a completely different mood and we are so thankful for the results. Thanks PATRICK and team!!!

I don’t understand the bad reviews, as this team has gone so out of their way, that even when my insurance had an updated requirement to continue getting services from this group, they continued to provide me with desperately needed services, until all was resolved.

My family and I are very grateful.

The wait on the phone may at times be long, but when someone gets on the line, they are very pleasant and committed to service. Thank you for everything.

After seeing the negative reviews, I felt like I should add my review. I have not had any problem with them at all. I’ve been to their office twice so far. The people there were extremely nice, professional, patient and helpful. They have always called to see if I needed supplies. The man who fit my mask explained everything and made it simple enough for me to understand and remember...unlike the company I went to before.

Everyone at the office was very friendly. Ms. Bean was very informative and made me feel very optimistic for the future. I highly recommend.

I have been ordering my supplies from this company for 2-3 years and I have had no problem. I have also been to the office 3 or more times and have been very satisfied with the customer service.

Made an appointment easily and had the BiPap explained to me when I went to get my equipment. I already was using the CPAP machine, so I'm familiar with sleep apnea devices. The people who worked there were kind.

Great experience! The customer service received by Ashley was truly amazing and the reason I already referred two people to change to there to get their supplies.

Everyone here is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Hold times on the phone can be somewhat long but, other than that, nothing to complain about!

Every time I call they are very helpful easy to put in an order and have it delivered never had a problem with the order being wrong

Limited assortment of cpap masks to try in person. Staff is very helpful and cares. They will schedule a home visit.

They guided me into a brand of CPAP that my new respiratory care doctor says is not state-of-the-art and messed up my first 2 auto "refills" -- sending the wrong supplies or arbitrarily cancelling the order without alerting me. Now that I've talked to them, the second refill seems to be back on track, but took too much attention from me. If you use this service, be prepared to ride it constantly.

In fairness, the original consult was very professional.
