Express Medals

I have ordered from them twice so far and as I need awards I will keep coming back. Fast, friendly, great product that is delivered on time. When you put your date need by in and submit you often wonder what is going to happen. With express medals I have never worried, I usually got a confirmation email stating the date can be met with no problems. Puts you at ease when later in the same day you get shipping confirmation.

Always a pleasure dealing with them for my medals a.. Their turnaround time is quick with quality work. I would recommend them for all your medal needs. Their online page is user friendly as well.

Trophies look great, Order was delivered promptly and complete. Will definitely order from them again.

Dissapointed to say the least ! Was told the turn around times were awesome . That wasn’t the case . Lets be specific , I am specifically talking about the appearel side of Express Medals as I didn’t encounter the trophy side .

Rule number one in business and I think all business like minds would understand this , is simply communication . Nor was the communication effective, I was given multiple end dates before my work was actually completed .

I was never offered any compensation for the inconvenience either. Instead of this company calling or emailing me before having to drive multiple times to the facility expecting my shirts to be done . Nobody felt the urgency to do that. I’ve wasted time off work , gas and I want to emphasize time . I didn’t want to write a review in this manner but when you give a company your shirts in the beginning of August and given a turn around time for 3 days but the 3 days actually meant 3 weeks that’s a big issue .

I run a clothing line and this side of Express Medals has made me push back my release date for multiple weeks to the point where short sleeves shirts are out of season ....

Frustrated isn’t the word , but this review is for all who maybe considering doing business with them .

Furthermore, I was never given a receipt when told multiple times they would email me a receipt and mock-up . I still doing have a receipt to this day . And for me to hound a company for these things in business is bad business for lack of better words.

My best advice is if your a small business with small quantities don’t even bother . They will put your project on the back end to serve clients with more items needed to be done . I probably visited them 5 times before my shirts were done . Neither of those times I was contacted .

I gave them the benefit of the doubt , when my shirts were completed, I wanted to give them a opportunity to have good withstanding with me by allowing them to do a few biker shorts for women . At that time once again I was told a 3 day turn around for only 6 shorts which was fine. Upon arrival guess what was not done ... the shorts were not completed the office was empty with the two workers sitting on their computer with my shorts in the same spot I left them in originally . So you telling me neither of you guys can call or email me throughout a whole business day simply explaining the mishap ? That was the last straw I calmly took my belongings and left without a word . I would never conduct business or refer anyone to Express Medals for this very reason
