I went into the store a little overwhelmed by the selection! I was glad for it though, because I had to buy five trophies today. The store manager was extremely helpful and patient as I panicked about the kids' reactions and the time crunch I had gotten myself into. He also assured me that engraving came free with the trophy, so I will ask my kids tomorrow what they want written on it, and ta-da! Easily the best time I have ever had buying something other than clothes and toys at a store!

They made a typo engraving a scout coin and made it right. Everyone screws up from time to time, these guys own up to it and replaced the coin properly engraved. Good work too!
