Dr Melancon has been my daughters doctor since birth. My daughter was premature and is medically fragile. Every doctor in this group that she has seen has been extremely helpful and I trust with her care. Dr Melancon is patient, caring, and even with the complications associated with many specialists, she always stays on top of my daughters needs. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Melancon.

Dr. Allison Faugot has gone above and beyond for my family! As the mother of a 2 1/2 year old and a 1 year old, I spent more time at the pediatrician's office this past brutal winter than any sane person would ever care to. Not only was I able to get an appointment within hours of calling, I rarely waited more than 15 minutes to see her. She always answers all of my questions, never makes me feel rushed, and is wonderful with my kids. One of her most impressive attributes is her willingness to admit when something is out of her expertise and would feel more comfortable referring to a specialist, as was the case when she transferred my newborn's care to the neonatologist. As someone who has worked in the medical field for years, it's refreshing to come across a doctor who isn't always trying to be "the hero."
She's always happy and cheerful, which is amazing considering she deals with sick and screaming kids all day. To say I highly recommend her is an understatement!

Dr Lim is an awesome doctor! She is thorough for every appointment and truly cares about each patient. As a mother of 3 young babies sometimes it’s difficult to be patient when I am constantly trying to keep the boys in line and get the information I need for the child the appointment is for, but she is ever patient with me and my littles. I am greatful for her.

Dr. Faugot is an exceptional pediatrician and is very prompt with returning calls and follow ups. I strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a pediatrician for your little one.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Melancon takes time to listen to any problems and offer suggestions. Overall an excellent pediatric practice!

4 stars for Dr Clark and Dr Melancon today made me appreciate Dr Clark even more because of how well he does with my son and he’s super supportive towards parents he always give us good advice and never talks down to us today We seen dr Leonie for first time I literally cried in the parking lot after the visit I’m a first time mom so anytime my son is sick because he less then 1 year old I bring him in . But today I felt like I was wasting her time and she wasn’t very helpful I asked for advice on how to do something and she made passive aggressive comments to me I didn’t need that today ..I’m just mama trying to do the best she can. That is all . But she is very rude and I don’t want my son to see her again . But I do still love this pediatrician office all the other staff is helpful and kind.

The PCP has been great and the nurses call back usually the same day even though sometimes I expect to speak with someone when I call. They have been helpful with information and patient.

2 stars so far only because we like the pediatrician(s) and had a somewhat good experience with the staff. -3 stars because of the ridiculous difficulty getting in touch with anyone there.

1. They expect you to call in and leave a *voice message* for call back each and anytime you want to speak. What????
2. They plan to only call you back ONCE. LOL what a joke.

We have been only once so far and so might switch because of this. When we have questions, we want someone to be there for us within a reasonable time. I'm not going to spend days trying to get information. May as well just drive there and speak in person Lol. Pure ridiculousness.

We love our doctor (Dr. Melancon). But the insurance people here do not have it together. Just warning everyone out there. We ONLY have problems here with insurance. It's gotten so bad that we're debating switching doctors.

The doctors here are amazing. I’d give them 5 stars. Dr.Clark specifically. We are really sad to be leaving since he’s been our pediatrician for over 5 years. We even chose to drive all the way across town to follow him to his new office when he left. But since his switch to this new office there have been a handful of times I could not reach the office at all (even during normal office hours) to schedule a sick appointment. I understand if there are no appointments for the day but I literally cannot get ahold of anyone on the phone because it is OFF. I’ve had to navigate the phone tree through the billing office to get ahold of someone from the front desk. A lot of effort when I’m already going through a lot with a sick baby. Has happened on multiple occasions too.

Love the doctor, hate the staff. Manager threatened me that if I didn’t pay a $200 balance, he won’t be able to see my kids again. They also had an insurance problem with the birthdays not matching in the system. Manager also threatened that if insurance doesn’t pay that she would go after me. They have always paid wellness visits for all my kids and I had no change with insurance so I had to apologize to the insurance agent over the phone for her being so rude. This office staff needs to take some kind of customer service class because they are rude every time we go. I had to switch to a diffent doctor cause there was no way I was going to put up with them until my kids were adults.
