I’ve gone through many post offices since starting my business, and this one is by far the best. Our mail lady is super nice and helpful. She always has a good attitude. The post office was helpful and seemed to care on the rare occurrence I had to actually go in. Keep up the good work and thanks for all your help!

First of all I would like to say thank you, my mail women is great, very thoughtful, I wish that I would have asked her name. She has brought my mail to me evan if the wrong address was on it, thank you for letting me know . The young lady that works mornings has also been very nice and polite and patient. The Mount Morris post office is great.

Staff at This post office is wonderful , partially Lisa W. Goes above and beyond!! It’s rare to see someone who is so kind in today’s chaotic world. The USPS is blessed to have such an amazing woman working for them. This place would be nothing without her.. Thank you Lisa!!

Mike was extremely helpful and friendly. I shipped christmas gifts to Ohio and it cost $9.00 less than UPS! A very convenient location a mile from my home. In plenty of time for Christmas.

When I have to go in the lady working is always super nice. Not sure how many employees they have but even when there is a line out the first door they don’t have anyone else come up to help move the line. My mail person is pretty awesome

The Post office is a great place to drop your mail off, sometimes a little line, but the workers Jeff, and the ladies are very polite and helpful.

called to make sure they were open said till noon, got there at 1138,doors were locked. im guessing someone wanted to leave earlier, very inconvenient if i called ahead to make sure they were open

The post master at this location does not stick to her word. I had an important piece of mail that I needed forwarded, she wouldn’t give it to me in the office because my id didn’t match my previous address. She said she would forward it to my new address, however 3 months later and it still has not arrived. I offered to show her bills, tax returns and anything else she needed showing my previous address and she still would not give me my mail.
