Just a quick history - Rise had a location in Galleria, but after Covid they closed it down, which was very disappointing, since Rise was one of our choices for date nights. After finding out that they had a location in the woodlands I was so thrilled! So here's my review!

Food: The food was well presented. Everything we ordered was pleasantly delightful.
The portions are perfect! You will definitely be full after you are done eating.

Service: if I could rate the service I would give it a ten! From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, you receive an exceptional customer service.

The Manager is professional and makes you feel welcomed. He actually went above and beyond and gifted us something.

Environment: The ambiance for Rise has always given me a mellow, warm, romantic vibe. It's definitely one of our choices to have a date night and celebrate.

I highly recommend Rise!
For any occasion. You will definitely receive an amazing service with savory food!

Two words: marshmallow soup
Just do it. You won’t regret it.
I heard about Rise through Instagram, and the experience did not disappoint. Yes, dining at Rise is an experience. The atmosphere transports you to France, the service is excellent, and the food is phenomenal. The marshmallow soup is hands down, the best tomato bisque I’ve ever had. The soufflés are mouthwatering, and the artichoke was cooked to perfection. I can’t wait to return with my husband so we can try the three course meal.

Rise Soufflé is a must-try! I had to take my mom to the doctor today, but we made the most of it by grabbing lunch at this amazing restaurant Rise Soufflé. The salad was simple but tasty and the jambon and Gruyère soufflé was out of this world! We also tried the tomato & carrot soup with goat cheese “marshmallows” which I would definitely recommend. The desserts were also fantastic, and the flavored apricot tea was the perfect finishing touch. We loved it so much, we made reservations for Mother's Day! Our waiter Brandon was also wonderful. Go check it out for a nice ladies lunch or date night!

Beautiful atmosphere! It is quiet and intimate. The food is fabulous. The souffles were light and delicious! However the marshmallow soup was the most delicious part of the meal. The marshmallow soup is a must try when you visit this restaurant

My friend and I had such a great time at the first soufflé class, held at The Woodlands location! We had 12 in our group, and everyone was so friendly.

Chef explained the process of making a soufflé, and we got to make our own dessert: a raspberry soufflé. We learned a lot! I definitely recommend the class.

Service was wonderful, and the food was fabulous. Make sure to try the lemonade or limeade! They are so refreshing!

It was my friend’s first time at Rise. By the time we were finished with our 3 course meal, we had planned to go back with more friends and husbands too!

This was my first time eating soufflés that weren’t desserts. We booked a reservation through Yelp. There was ample amount of parking. The restaurant is very beautiful after you enter. The rooms look different from one another. We actually came here one day before my birthday, I forgot to put that down for the occasion. I think they give you a free soufflé. The service was wonderful, they were very attentive and I never felt rushed at all. Just a FYI, just because they give you the bill, it doesn’t mean that they want you to get out immediately. We saw people that were there for hours after they paid, at least 2-2.5 hrs. Personally, that’s way too long for me. I did the set menu for $39. I ordered marshmallow soup, jambon & gruyere soufflé, praline pecan soufflé, and $4 cheese & accoutrement. I also sampled some of my brother’s and sister in law’s French onion soup, truffle mushroom soufflé, and chocolate soufflé. The bread on the guillotine board was very good. It was soft and just a little chewy.

-marshmallow soup 5/5 - carrot and tomato bisque was very smooth. Goat cheese was soft and flavorful. Not strong for those that are skeptical.
-French onion soup 5/5 - i love that it’s not overly salty, very enjoyable.
-cheese & accoutrement ⅗ - this was good but i would not get again. Not worth the extra $4.
-jambon & gruyere soufflé 5/5 - this is ham and cheese soufflé. Fluffy texture when you dig in and very filling. Ham and cheese were nicely cooked.
-truffle mushroom soufflé 5/5 - you can immediately smell the truffles before you have that first bite. After eating it, the truffle flavor is not overpowering. It has just the right amount.
-praline pecan soufflé 5/5 - very tasty. You can taste the pecans, I wouldn’t mind ordering this one again.
-chocolate soufflé 5/5 - chocolate was not too sweet, good texture.

I've been to Rise three times now. I enjoyed their fresh bread, marshmallow soup, French onion soup, artichoke, citron green tea, bananas foster souffle, strawberry souffle and their apricot souffle. Everything tasted wonderful. Their souffles are such a treat! I'm looking forward to trying more of their menu next time.

We came for our anniversary and were so happy we did! Coolest restaurant in the Creekside area! EVERYTHING we had was wonderful. Highly recommend the Marshmallow soup and Raspberry soufflé when you go! We will absolutely be back!

Michelle was simply lovely and took such great care of us. We wanted for nothing and she had such wonderful recommendations. The food was exquisite as ever. We had the rise salad and marshmallow soup. We shared the smoked salmon soufflée and raspberry soufflée. We also enjoyed hot cocoa and a crème brûlée! Had a lovely evening and can’t wait to go back!

It was my husband's and my first experience with eating souffle! I have to say I was really amazed with how light and airy the souffles were! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has never eaten souffle. I will definitely be going back!!

This is becoming a favorite of mine here in the Woodlands. It's a dining experience with superb service and an exquisitely executed menu. They have rotating seasonal options and merchandise for sale. I highly recommend Rise Soufflé for a special dinner or simply dessert & coffee. If you like good food, you won't be disappointed.

Delicious food, comfortable setting (though may be cold for some), and wonderful service from Summer. The prefix menu is a great value.

Rise was great for a softer atmosphere and excellent food. We came during happy hour and it made for a great date night. The marshmallow soup, southwest souffle, and Reese's souffle were great.

Ambience: Excellent place. It has a very European and relaxed vibe to it. Farmhouse feel to it.

Service: Excellent. Attentive and friendly waiter - Rico. Made our meal a great experience.

Food:
We shared a rise salad with apples, lettuce, pecans, and a sweet maple pecan vinaigrette.

We then had two soufflés, a crab and blue cheese and a jambon (ham) and cheese.

Last, we had a chocolate and a grand matinee dessert soufflé.

All excellent. It was nice to try some unique food.

Love it!

Went here to try the marshmallow tomato soup (Its good but not my favorite), the souffle (i ordered raspberry one). Hubby chose steak and salad (he said the salad is really good and the steak is amazing).

Manager stopped by at our table to check our dinner. Both manager and the server are very attentive and kind so customer service is top notch.

we love this restaurant and will go back to try other menus

We had a rare opportunity for a date night and we chose Rise. It was a great choice! Our server Ana was delightful. She was very friendly and made perfect recommendations. We had the Marshmallow soup which was delicious. The "marshmallows" were so cute and had a beautiful texture. We enjoyed the mac and cheese souffle. For dessert we got the praline pecan souffle and the creme brulee. The praline souffle was so good. It wasn't too sweet. The creme brulee had a fairly thick layer of perfectly crackly sugar which is my favorite part.

Everything was amazing. We will definitely be back!

This is NOT fast food or a typical sitdown and eat restaurant. Typical souffle takes at least 20 minutes in the oven, even with all the ingredients mise en place.

So allow yourself a good amount of time from sitting down to eating your food.

Of course, the souffles here are well with the wait.

Wonderful staff and ambience. A great addition to the woodlands food scene.

The soup and souffles were perfectly made. The service staff were patient and explained how souffles are cooked.

Excellent wine collection and do not miss the sweet souffles.

Even the EGM has an apt name - Boulanger. The Baker. How cool!!!

A super cute restaurant with major attention to detail. The food is fantastic, souffles come out quickly and taste like delicious clouds. Everything we ordered was fantastic. Love the decor, love the napkins and plates, love the food. Definitely recommend.

I have no words for how much I loved this restaurant!! First, I absolutely love how different it is. Restaurants around the Woodlands are all so basic and predictable and this restaurant was so different in the best way! All the details and decor were wonderful. I ordered the Marshmallow soup, the cauliflower and brie soufflé and the chocolate soufflé. I tried my brothers raspberry soufflé which was also amazing! It was the best food I’d had in a while. I came with my family and everyone felt the same way. I love this place and there’s no doubt I’ll be coming back!

Great experience at this restaurant last night, we stop by for a few drinks before the movie and we were surprised with the great food and wine selections that they had. Location is great it's right off the main artery on kuykendahl and there is a lot of parking available in the mall. We will definitely go back to a full dinner at another time. Great service.
