Tire Generation - Mobile Tire Installation

Two days before Thanksgiving, driving from San Diego to SF Valley our front passenger side tire started leaking while in the Irvine area , we attempted to air 3x it but it was apparent there was damage to the tire and it would be a dangerous road trip (estimated 8-8:30pm) of course everything was closed, after a quick online search we called Tire Generation and Within 40 minutes Daniel arrived with his fully loaded equipped truck and examined our tire to find a hole on the inner side, he brought a brand new good year tire in our size and got to work! Within 10-15 minute our car was ready to go! We can’t thank you enough for your great customer service and availability to our situation! We made it to the valley to have a Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Found a large bolt in my BMW front tire late last night, I’ve never used tire generation mobile repair, but Daniel answered his phone after 10pm at night, and even offered to come out that evening… We rescheduled for the following morning, and he was out at my house with the Tire issue completely fixed in less than 30 minutes.

Absolutely incredible! I blew a tire only car on the 5 freeway two miles from home on a 75 mile trip back from San Diego on a Sunday evening at 5 PM. These modern cars, as I'm sure you know, do not have spares...and, apparently mine does not even have run-flats! I managed to pull off the road safely and a police officer spotted me and stayed with me with his lights while we waited for AAA towing. The policeman told me about Tire Generation and I was thrilled as I would not have to have the car towed once again to a tire shop on a Monday morning...my busiest time. I called Tire Generation at 7:30 am, and Daniel, the owner, answered. We located this "rare" tire, Daniel picked it up, came to my house and literally in 10 minutes removed the old tire, installed the new tire, mounted and balanced it right in his truck, and got it back the new tire back on the car, ready to roll...I thought I'd seen everything...it was absolutely amazing. These guys are fantastic...will tell all my friends.

Wife called me the other night from work saying she had a flat, went to take a look and saw a nail, called my Allstate roadside service, 3 different customer service reps and tow companies were unable to resolve a minute issue. I wasted hours with them. I initially called Daniel, thought it was a little pricy to fix a flat, but I should have just paid the little extra for peace of mind, I would have been home hours before, I eventually had to leave my car in the parking structure overnight because of Allstate Roadside’s incompetence.

Needless to say, in the morning my wife called Tire Generation, spoke with Daniel, he explained the process, the price to her, and he showed up right on time when he said he would, took off the tire, took it to his truck repaired the hole, remounted it, and put it back on, all in less then 15 minutes!!

My wife was impressed by Daniel’s friendliness, professionalism, expertise, and speediness of a job well done!! Definitely worth the price and peace of mind!! Just sorry I didn’t do it to begin with, Sorry Daniel! Tire Generation and their Team are awesome!

We were about to start our 10 hour drive back home around 8pm when we got a low tire pressure warning. We’re not from the area, so luckily we found Tire Generation online & gave them a call. They drove out to where we were & found out we had a nail in our tire. He fixed it up right away, was super friendly & had excellent customer service! Truly super thankful for this business! 10/10 recommend.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I drive a rough commute on Ortega Hwy, while driving to work I noticed my tires are shredding couldn't miss work, so I googled this place called them up at 6:00 a.m. they showed up at my job and installed two tires! They were so polite and helpful and efficient. I'm going to need two back tires soon and Instead of going to an actual tire place I will be calling them again to get the other tires I highly recommend these guys! Thank you for all your help.

Hi ! These guys are the BEST! I had 4 installed all around in 2022, then, today, had a flat, needed just 1, they gave me such a great price!!! Prompt service, came to the house, had the old one off, new one on in less than 30!! TOTALLY AWESOME 👏 👏👏

Daniel was referred to me and I am soo Thankful for Daniel and Tire Generation for coming out same day to replace 2 of my tires. Tesla service center would have taken 2-4 days to change these tires and more expensive with terrible service. Daniel was here jacked up the car and 2 tires removed and replaced, balanced right on the spot. Highly recommend to anyone looking to replace tires and dont want to wait forever at a tire shop or days waiting at the dealer. Thank You Sooooooooo much !

Price: for being 4 th of July , it was very reasonable.
Tire shop price plus about $200 in service charge .

Saved our life!!!!! Tire popped on the freeway and the valve on our spare tire was broken. Every tire shop was closed and towing was so expensive. He showed up within 15 min and we were out of there in another 15. Amazing 10/10 would recommend!

Called Daniel at 830 am, flat tire work parking lot. He said he could do it, originally asked for 1 tire, ended up getting all 4 done. Communication on point, expectation set and met with flying colors, pricing competitive and fair. Daniel was at my location and completed with job within 45 minutes of showing up. Story: flat tire, bought the tire from tire rack as running low on tesla battery, Costco and tesla had no stock, no quick appointment, expensive. Costco and Tesla wouldn’t install it because it wasn’t their tire !! These folks got it done for us 🙏🏾

Great and efficient crew with a fair price for the service!

I was driving to an eye appointment and when I went to turn into a little shopping area where the appointment was, I accidentally hit the curb a bit too hard and popped a tire. Fortunately I was already at my appointment location so I could get that done, but ultimately I was stranded there.

I did some digging on who I could get to help me repair the tire efficiently at a relatively affordable cost and get going with my day, but it was difficult to find anything that did not seem it would be very expensive or time consuming (or both).

I luckily found this business and made a call. About 45 min after that call, the crew were parked next to my car and fitted me with a new tire right in the parking lot within minutes. Amazing!

The cost for the new tire and mobile service were reasonable. The crew were friendly and efficient. If you’re in a tough spot like I was, I highly recommend you give these folks a call!

As I’m typing this, I’ve used my car fitted with the new tire and made a cross country trip to the Midwest, so I can say you can trust these guys will give you a good tire when you get it replaced!

Daniel was very helpful and responsive when I called and explained my situation. My car was inside a parking garage with a flat tire, and a tow truck was not going to fit. I also needed to replace both tires on the axle, not just the one that was already flat. After we spoke, I texted him the tire information so he could make sure he had the matching ones in stock, and called me back with a quote.

He and a helper came, brought their jacks into the garage and took the wheels off my car and back to their truck. The old tires were taken off, and new tires installed and balanced right there. The whole process took about 45 minutes and was much less hassle than taking the wheels off myself and bringing them to a tire shop for installation. Great work and customer service really saved me a headache.
