Walmart Pharmacy

I would give them 10 stars if I could. The local Walgreens was problem after problem for a year so I tried transferring to this Walmart. After 3 or so months of trying them I wouldn't go anywhere else. I don't even mind walking in due to their speed, stock of meds, and being patient and informative. Thank you all for being so good to me.

I've never had a problem of any kind with this pharmacy. Always been nice , courteous and professional.

They are very professional and kind. They are easy to reach and your RX is always correct. They are way better than CVS or Walgreens in Jasper.

Not my favorite PHARMACY wait line always long and has my Medicaid not pulling up everytime.

This pharmacy can have the rudest people. They pick and chose what medicine to fill and from what doctors. Boy do I wish Kroger was still in network with my insurance.

Went in today to return a Litte Tikes red swimmer vest, I have the receipt (the Holly Springs location had “hand typed” this item in at self checkout) but they couldn’t put the money on the card I bought the vest with. Took them 30mins to figure out all this, I also called Walmart’s customer service number to help the Team Leads and regular employee out but they didn’t acknowledge the person on the phone. They just gave me a store credit and didn’t even ask me (communicate at all/let me know what they are doing), horrible experience and service, no one knows how to do their job here it’s so weird, but also no one is accountable for anything besides the customer

The pharmacy employees are very rude and do not have the mentality of customer first . Multiple times I've been there and they have messed up my insurance and various other things and then proceeded to tell me well you will have to wait while I take care of the other customers. Umm no it isn't my fault you messed my prescription up I waited in line just like everyone else I should be your priority. Very disrespectful and unpleasant experience the past 4 times finally I just decided to switch pharmacies. I dont write reviews ever just want everyone to know my horrible experience there so hopefully if they are deciding on a pharmacy DO NOT GO THERE !

This pharmacy is a pure joke! Made me wait 2hrs n 45mins on a script telling me 3 times it would be only 15mins! I'll never go back there again!
