Starbucks

Everyone that has complained about this location: The place has been open for less than a month...the workers bust their tails, so give them some grace, they're still learning. But I'll give the 5th star back when we order the Mocha Cockie Crumble sub Mocha sauce for White Mocha and they leave the Java chips in and literally only sub the Mocha for white Mocha. A White Mocha Cookie Crumble....it tastes like cookies and cream. If I want a White Mocha Frap add cookie topping, I'd order it instead. 🥰

Today was my very first time going to Starbucks and getting a blonde vanilla latte and I was the best coffee I ever had I give it a 10/10👌

Egg bites and an americano, no better way to start your morning.

I was so excited, but it's Jennings.
The amount of time they have gotten my order wrong is unbelievable !
Service is hit or miss, which I expect, but let's make the drinks other than coffee right. You win. I don't need the experience of disappointment

Went back a couple of weeks later, much better. I guess I needed a break and they need time ,anywho 💯👍🏽

I sent a mobile order and when I arrived 10 minutes later, the barista was standing there (not busy with other customers) and had not started working on it. Once he finished and I got my drinks back to the car and on the road, my daughter realized her refresher was completely the wrong one. Waste of $7 and completely not the efficiency that should be in place for mobile ordering.

2 bad experiences in a row. 1st experience I made a mobile order and when I got there they couldn’t find my order. Then after they found my order they gave me my drink with chocolate all over the outside of the cup. My second experience I ordered the same drink I always get from any coffee shop. Vanilla with caramel and white chocolate. Whipped topping with mocha and caramel drizzle made with almond milk. This time my drink was bitter and had no flavor and also no drizzle and both times the straws they gave me cracked open like they’re old and dry rotted or something. I do not recommend the Starbucks in Jennings. Lake Charles is 10 times better.

Ordered a double espresso with a splash of half and half- received a literal cup full of half and half.
Also safety issue- the water in the bathroom was dangerously steaming hot and burned me when I was washing my hands. Please check the temp on the water heater- if a child had gone to the restroom and washed their hands alone they could have been seriously burned.
