YESTERDAY 04.11.24 I WALKED IN TO THE STORE MINUTES LATER AFTER WAITING IN LINE TO ORDER POWER GOES OUT I REALLY WANT TO THANK ETHAN HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL HANDLING THE SITUATION I WAS TIRED FROM WORK AND HE ACTUALLY HELPED MY SELF AND ANOTHER GUY OUT. ALL I WANTED TO DO IS GET FOOD AND GET GOING THANK YOU ETHAN. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL THE OLDER GUY NOT SURE IF HE WAS A MANAGER HE WAS AT THE COOKING AREA HE WAS RUDE ABOUT ALL THE SITUATION BUT I GIVE ETHAN A 10☆ IF U EVER BECOME A MANAGER YOU WILL BE A GREAT ONE GOD BLESS U THANK U SO MUCH

They exemplify exceptional friendliness and professionalism. When I ordered catering, they proactively called several times to ensure timely delivery and maintain the food's freshness. Surprisingly, they included fortune cookies for all the kids at the party without any request. I highly recommend this place for catering and look forward to visiting again.

Delicious and very fresh. They work diligently to keep the restaurant sanitized and safe, keeping everyone far apart and still keeping the line moving for a minimal wait. The food is delicious and is fresh and quality food served in a fast food speed.

Stopped randomly as I was headed to another business in Milpitas. Food is fresh, perfectly cooked, not over or under. Happy or cheerful employees. Clean tables and soda station. One of the best Panda Express locations I’ve been to so far.

Love ordering with the app. Order always ready on time with consistent quality.

Half greens / half fried rice, honey walnut shrimp & beef’n’broccoli or green bean chicken. Consistently good.

Decent food for the price. I usually order the fried rice, chow mein, orange chicken, brocolli beef, and teriyaki chicken. The food has come consistently each time.

If you place a mobile order, feel free to jump to the start of the line and mention you have a pick-up. You'll save a lot of time.

Service is great. One of the better locations due to the great service.

Love the food. Good service. For a picky eater the Teriyaki Chicken works. Just get a Rice bowl with the sauce on the side. Works for my 6 year old granddaughter. This is a "no go" if you have any negative reaction to soy.

Overall, I still love Panda Express’s food and the price is reasonable. There is some old Chinese songs playing at some random time.

Got the Bigger Plate with 1/2 Fried Rice 1/2 Chow Mein, Orange Chicken, Broccoli Beef, and String Bean Chicken. Plus the cream cheese Rangoon (delicious). 😀

I love the place. Food is a bit too oily and is not suitable for a health freak or a diet conscious person, it has a lot of salt, sauce and sugar. But I love to indulge occasionally as it is quite a treat!!

Between the customer service and collaboration of their team I didn't even realize I had been in line nearly 30 minutes. The line was long but went smoothly. Food was kept fresh and nothing was wasted.

Food is always fresh The oerson serving me gave me a great tip I was ordering individual large portions and he suggested it was better to order the Family Deal which I much appreciated

It's Panda express, which I'm sure most people have tried. I love the thin noodles of the chow mein and how it's not as greasy as some other takeout places. I usually get half mixed veggies, which taste perfectly crisp and fresh. I haven't been there in a while since I've tried all the options, but recently they came out with the wok-fried beef and shrimp so I ordered that.
It was slightly spicy with the peppers but not unbearable. Not too memorable though. I also got the teriyaki grilled chicken - perfect chewy texture for chicken.

Ooooh....still the best when you're craving for glazed chicken or beef with broccoli and if you can't decide between fried rice or noodles, get both!! Value for money for sure!!

Great food and stellar customer service skills. Whoever picked up my call knows how to resolve a problem. Technical issue where my order went to a back up ordering system.

Whenever you go, its always fresh. Better than most of the other branches.

They are very busy during lunch with long lines
But I never have to wait. Im in and out in about 60 seconds.
I highly recommend ordering online.
They always get my order correctly, and the service is very fast.
