Starbucks

When they first opened it was slower, but now every time I've been, I am in/out within 5 min. The service is always great, especially the guy at the drive-thru. So friendly. And they were kind enough to give us free cold foam when I forgot to add it to my order.

It's a Starbucks so there isn't a lot to say. we went through the drive-thru and the dude at the window was very friendly. Coffee was exactly what we expected.

Very friendly crew Starbucks needs to give Cynthia a raise speed of service awesome very clean seating area and very knowledgeable about the drinks "Cynthia Rocks"

This place is nicer than most Starbucks I have frequented. Additionally, the service was exceptional and definitely will be back when in town again.

A couple friends and I were road tripping from Madison to Bayfield and we stopped in to the new Starbucks. Very busy evening but the night crew that was working was fantastic! Summer our cashier was very sweet and repeated our order to us, apologized for being sold out on a few items but definitely recommended some great options. Our food was nice and hot and given to us by Zac! And the other baristas were doing their best in making drinks. Very impressed with how great the environment was with the pressure of how busy the lobby was. The positive energy from the manager Cindy, great words of encouragement to her team and reminding them they are doing a great job. Definitely this Starbucks will be my go-to in the neighborhood! The Caramel ribbon crunch frappe was my favorite as well as the ham and Swiss croissant!

as a barista, i’m SO sorry about the karens in the reviews:(
most stores only have two espresso machines, so that means they can only make two drinks at a time (minus cold bar drinks).
on top of that, this is a new store with baristas who still are getting used to the HUNDREDS of drinks on the menu. expect a wait. if you can’t plan your day properly, that is not this stores issue. you’re all doing great and the drinks are delicious!

We were in town Saturday evening and my kids are in love with the birthday cake pops but unfortunately they were sold out, barista told me that the bumble bee ones were same flavor as the birthday cake ones and decided to give it a try! Kids loved them and the design of them. Thank you Zander and Cindie who greeted us in the window. Glad to have a Starbucks in the Northwoods! Welcome to the neighborhood

Really glad to have a Starbucks in the area ! Service can be slow but so are alot of places in the area .
