One of the best services to add. We bought our house a year ago and my Fiancés must have was to have access to their internet. I was so grateful for their service map while house hunting. It made it super easy to check if that area would also have their service. To this day I still love their service. I've also had to call in the past to check our internet and they made time that same day to come out and troubleshoot for us (even thou it was our router). The tech made amazing recommendations to resolve the issue and even enjoyed saying hello to our nosey cat.

We love Daystarr! We are in the country and had horrible internet until Daystarr came down the road and offered fiber! What a huge upgrade. My husband and I work remote and are in and out of zoom meetings throughout the day with zero lag. When the service goes down (very rarely) they get us back up and running quickly. Grateful for this company and their staff!

Awesome service. Our family got their service and since that point our internet has been amazing. Before having Daystarr, we had Charter. With Charter, I never took my phone off hotspot or cellular data, because I couldn’t even watch a YouTube video. Now I have no problem. TheIr Customer service is 25 out of 10. A business I work for has them as a service provider and again on all fronts 10/10. Whether you’re a homeowner or have a business, I highly recommend.

Service is amazing had for at least 3 years now and have had at most a few cumulative hours of downtime over this entire period! Having fiber and bidirectional gig each in a small town is amazing huge shoutout to this company for making it possible and at a very reasonable cost.

It's sad to see only a 4 star rating on here dragged down by so many reviews of people not able to get service. Not sure how people justify giving 1 star reviews because they are out of the service area or they paid their bill numerous days late and their service was shutoff. This is a 5 star company!!

If you are looking for internet/phone service that isn't constantly disrupted, Daystarr is your solution. I have Daystarr for both my business, and my home. I never have to "press one" to talk to a real person. The people who answer, and service your line live right here in our community.

Friendly ppl and it's cheap love the speed

By far the best internet service provider in Shiawassee county. I have had their service since 2010 and have had very limited service interruptions, only during storm damage to their system. Consistent speed!! With Daystarr you don't get the after school or after dinner bandwidth drop that you get with with other providers. They care about their customers and go above and beyond.

I recommend DayStarr to anyone who asks. When Frontier et al come by to try and sell to us, we ask them "Will you come at 6pm on a Saturday, 1 hour after I call?" and I get blank stares!
