I came here with 2 big problems. My PC had been stuck in a windows boot loop and it kept shutting off randomly. Angelo was able to fix my problem quickly and at a great price! He even put in a new power supply into my PC for no extra charge. Not to mention, that Angelo is a super nice guy while at the same time being great at what he does. He called me almost every 3 days to tell me how the process was going and even after my PC was fixed, he helped me to fix my slow download speed over text. 10/10. Angelo is wonderful!! He worked quickly to fix a complicated issue on my PC and kept us informed every step of the way. This is a wonderful local business. I emailed them with a question about upgrading my PC to a new operating system. I received a phone call back within an hour, and the man I spoke to explained a few options to me and gave me some solid advice even though I hadn't spent any money with them yet. I don't review businesses often, but he told me if I had issues with an upgrade path he recommended that did not involve spending money at his business, I could still call him again and ask for help. That felt deserving of a 5 star review, and it seems from the other reviews here that this is exactly how the business operates. Will certainly be doing any future computer related shopping here!

Realized I was in over my head building my computer from scratch. I called Angelo and explained everything to him. I dropped off all my parts for the build and he installed everything perfect and all at a good price. Angelo has a lifelong customer in me and will be recommending him to family and friends. Angelo cheerfully accommodated my lifestyle by coming to my house at 8:30 P.M. on 5/30/23 to fix my computer. I'm an 83 women living alone. He surely is trustworthy. Angelo's fee is beyond belief. I highly recommend his excellent service.

I found out about Angelo and West Haven Computer Solutions by Googling the internet for local computer repair shops.
After reading a ton of reviews and seeing that Angelo was a small business man working out of his home I decided to call. Don't be put off by this. This keeps Angelo's overhead down and he's able to give his customers very fair prices.
Angelo came to my home to help me get my Microsoft Office 365 programs working like I wanted them to after my computer hard drive crashed. After a new SATA drive was installed things were not all working.
My Google took a while to get connected but Angelo was patient and had the knowledge to overcome all the obstacles.
I can highly recommend West Haven Computer Solutions and will be using him when needed and recommending him to my friends and neighbors.

I was very pleased with the helpful, fast and friendly service.I took my older model laptop to see if it could be fixed. Angelo was very thorough and quickly got back to me with the problem and the solution. He also took his time to advise me on what to look for when shopping for a new laptop.

Recently I have gotten into pc gaming and was helping my brother build his first pc and we had no experience at all. After setting the whole thing up we went to turn it on and.... nothing. Then we found Angelo. He was such great help and definitely knows what he is talking about. After not finding the problem on site he then took it back to the shop where he eventually found the problem not too long later. He informed us that the motherboard had problems and informed us of another board that would work just fine. We then dropped the part off and got the computer back within 24-48 hours. Great experience, great people, and great prices that no one will beat and would highly highly recommend Angelo and West Haven Computer Solutions!

It appears to be a home business, but don’t let that fool you into thinking Angelo isn’t a pro. I left my laptop with them after encountering a grinding noise coming from the fan. They couldn’t replicate the issue and were totally fine with handing it back, though during the process of checking the fans they noticed my battery had swollen significantly (I later discovered this was a very common issue with my type of laptop). They gave me recommendations on parts that would work (leaving the choice on what I should get and if I even needed to make the repair ultimately up to me) and had the new battery swapped in quickly after it arrived for a very reasonable price, letting me know to inform them of the grinding noise ever returned. For the entire process they were communicative, informative, and helpful. Their hours were great for someone who works 9-5. A week later when the noise came back (likely a fan bearing that decided it was good for another week) they had the new fans swapped in the day after those arrived for no additional cost. A local business I really recommend.

Angelo was responsive, professional, flexible, and operated with complete integrity. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my computer, and was flexible with my unpredictable and late work hours often making himself available on evenings and weekends. He was initially unhappy with the quality of the part that arrived for my computer and took time to research and purchase better replacement. I would have probably never known the difference, and I appreciate his commitment to completing the job thoroughly and correctly. I highly recommend his services and can't say enough about his quality customer service.

This is a home business, which gave me some pause. I was wrong. Angelo was prompt, skilled, professionally and reasonably priced. Give him a try. A great chance to support a hard working local person.

I cannot get over how wonderful my experience with Angelo was! I spilled some liquid into my laptop the other night and, after turning it off and placing it upside down on a towel, contacted West Haven Computer Solutions after reading all of their amazing reviews. Angelo got right back to me, even though it was the evening, and he went through what I should do before taking the laptop in to have him look at it. He had the computer for a few days, which is fine (it takes that long to take it apart and make sure everything is dry before putting it back together), and I just picked it up (typing on it now). His rate was so low that I almost offered him more money! I cannot recommend him highly enough!

I absolutely recommend West Haven Computer Solutions. Angelo was courteous, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He kept me informed on the status of my laptop and made sure to finish the job as soon as possible. He even worked on Saturday and Sunday to complete the work. I felt extremely comfortable with him handling/repairing my laptop, and I was very happy with the results.

Spoke to Angelo about my laptop screen being cracked. He took time out of his day to find me the best prices and fastest shipping for the screen. I got the screen on a Tuesday and by wednesday morning it was fixed. It works perfectly! He guarantees his labor for a year! So anything goes wrong he has your back. Loved dealing with him. Angelo recently, basically, rebuilt my entire PC. Service was fast, reasonably priced and professionally accomplished. When it turned out that the motherboard I had bought didn't include WiFi capability, Angelo assisted me in finding the correct part and installed it without extra charge. He was also able to accommodate me with a new case since the stock HP tower wasn't compatible with customization. What could have cost a lot more time and money than I was willing to use at other places I was able to essentially get a new PC for a quite agreeable price. This was the second time I went here for computer repair services, and cannot recommend them enough. I would proudly support this small business again as their professionalism, value, and customer service are unparalleled.
