We had a very personal unique problem that arose with a family account. The manager at this location was beyond helpful and did everything in her power to help us out. After spending almost 40 mins, and 3 “ managers “ later on the phone with T-Mobile Corporate in the parking lot. We got a little more information and then the store manger was able to take care of us. So beyond helpfully. I would highly recommend this store for any of your phone needs.

Went to get a new phone for my job. I haven't been on a contracted plan since the Note 5, so I wasn't looking forward to just waiting and dealing with headaches that I've dealt with with other phones companies in the past. As soon as I walked in I was taken care of till the end. I was walked around and shown a few phones that fit what I was looking for. This was nice cause I'm not to in touch with modern tec. I was then taken to be added to a plan and pay, and the whole process was done with respect and thoughtfulness. The gentleman, who I believe was James, kept conversation going and gave me all the info I needed even if I didn't ask. It was quick and the other employee was giving off positive vibes. Very nice employees who seemed to care about my needs and the store itself. Very pleased.

Everyone was super friendly the day I went in. I had to switch 5 lines over to T-Mobile. James was the person that helped me. He was super knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me. He got all the lines switched over seamlessly and helped me set up all the new features I get by switching to T-Mobile. I am also saving a lot of money every month making the switch. Thanks James!!!

We came by on Monday, April 1st in the Branford location. The employees did an absolutely excellent job. I came by with my mother as both of our phones were having memory issues. We were set up with entirely new phones that are better than our old ones. They also explained to us about different data plans and assisted us throughout the whole process of transferring our data to our new phones. We also received assistance with various other things such as getting a sync up drive for my mother's car and new phone cases. The process took a long time, but they helped us for over an hour with everything we needed while attending to other customers. We never had to wait long to get any help and they were patient with us. Overall excellent customer service!

I was never happier with a new phone and the freindly courteous and professional service provided at T-Mobile. Joseph Shinia and Raheem were so great and helpful. It was such a great experience up grading my new phone. They were all so knowledgeable and helpful and we all had some laughs as well. I rate them and T-Mobile a 10 and my wife plans on seeing them also and switching to T-Mobile. Thank you so much for having such great phones ,service,and great employees.

Staff were helpful, friendly and courteous. We were in and out pretty quickly. There was no line even on the weekend.
