Bullhead Urgent Care

Sent here, by my employer, for a workman's comp injury. From the onset everyone was kind and did everything they could to help me. When I initially injured myself, I was not able to bear weight on my injured leg, they did everything possible to make me move as little as possible. PA, Eric Fergen, was exceptional. He was kind and professional. He diagnosed a torn muscle and ordered an MRI and orthopedic follow up care for me. They issued me crutches and a boot to help me get around. When it was time to leave Mr. Fergen even helped me out to my truck, carrying my things for me, as I needed my hands to use my new crutches. I was sent back to BHUC by my employer four more times for follow up visits, each time everyone was caring, compassionate and helpful. This is a busy urgent care, and everyone works hard to make sure every patient is seen as quickly as possible, and no one waits too long. While I have no desire to go back anytime soon, because you don't visit the urgent care when you're well, right? I will be a patient here again should the need arise. It was as positive an experience as possible. And it was so, because of the wonderful team at Bullhead Urgent Care.

Been to urgent care numerous times over the years and I must say that the care I received was topnotch. Thank you to all the professionals. You guys are the best!

I had to go to Bullhead Urgent Care on 10/3/23. I had a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. The staff was very welcoming when I came in, and I was back with the nurse within 15 minutes. I then was put into a room in the next 5 minutes. The provider I saw that day was Eric Fergen. I was very impressed with him. I felt that he was very thorough, and he explained what I had going on and how he was going to treat it. He had a wonderful bedside manner and did not treat me as if I was a number coming through there. I was in and out within a total of 45 minutes that day. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care to anyone in need!

To let veterans know if you're part of the VA you can go to this clinic they will take care of you.

My mother got really sick. I called her doctor and had to take her into the ER at Warmc. After a few days, she was still super sick. I took her to the urgent care and Eric Fergen helped my mom and took such good care of her that after a few days her constant cough was gone as he found that she had pneumonia. He put her on the proper medicine and she is almost 100% better after only three days. I would recommend Eric Fergen to anyone that is needing medical help! Everyone at this facility is amazing and my mom who is 86 years old was so very thankful for them! She is finally on the mend after over 3 weeks of being sick. My family and I are very grateful for the care Eric gave!

Eric Fergen PA-C saw my 2year old today and was very helpful! He was very professional, knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about his patients. I plan on coming to this urgent care clinic for any urgent matters in the future. It’s perfect that they can see adults and children so it works perfectly for my son and I.

I had been experiencing pain for a long time and many doctors dismissed my concerns until I found Eric Fergen PA-C! He listened to me and was very compassionate. I’m grateful for him and his staff for helping me finally discover what was wrong! It made a huge difference in my life! I will always be a thankful and definitely a returning patient!

I had a terrible sinus infection the weekend of Super Bowl.I had to be at work and I went into bullhead urgent care. I was seen by Eric Fergen PA. He got me back on my feet and able to work. This past week my daughter came to town. She had been sick for a week. She just started a new job so no insurance. I contacted Eric and he told me to bring her in. She is quickly on the mend. The staff IS AMAZING! Adorable truly 💖 caring and compassionate health care. A very rare gem these days.

Wow.. so glad I found an Urgent Care for Veterans! Most places won't take the VA Health Care card... but this team was more than welcoming.. even have a sign on the door. And the service was terrific... This will be my new place when I need Care.
And, I will be telling all Vets I know that we have a place other than just going to an ER..

This urgent care is very friendly and easy-going. The physician assistant Eric was very helpful and helped me and my husband with advice and medication. Great place fast and efficient I only waited 5 mins which is great when you don’t feel good.Dr Eric was amazing also better than any other drs I have been to in town.

I needed medical care following a cat bite that led to a bad infection of my arm, and became extremely concerned when my hand became painful and stiff. I walked in to Bullhead Urgent Care and was greeted by a friendly receptionist, and roomed very quickly after I finished my paperwork. PA Eric Fergen examined my arm and gave me confident reassurance this was normal following a cat bite, calming my anxiety about my hand stiffness. He ordered two injections and sent medication to my pharmacy. My hand began to feel better within hours, and has completely healed. The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and reassuring. We are lucky to have this amazing group of healthcare professionals in our city!

I was very impressed with my first visit. I was barely walking and in extreme pain - they were very accommodating and treated me with dignity and respect. I saw Heidi (sorry I forgot her last name), who explained everything and went on to treat me. I will use them in the future should the need occur, knowing I will be in good hands. Thank you!

Five. Stars to Bullhead, urgent care after being turned away at two other places with them suggesting hospital, urgent care I followed my friends advice and went to Bullhead urgent care they took care of me. They treated me good. I had a wonderful experience. I had tested Covid positive that morning and no other places wanted to see me they told me to go home. I thought that was pretty rude to my heads off to Bullhead urgent care.

Today we went to Bullhead Urgent Care and saw PA Eric G Fergen and he was wonderful! My son who is 3 has history of ear infections and no pediatrician in town could see him until next Friday. Bullhead City Urgent care does see children and are wonderful with them. 10/10 experience today. Thank you again!!!!! -Brittany

Hey, fellow Bullhead area Veterans! Do you know that Bullhead URGENT CARE is a VA Urgent Care provider? They are open on Saturday, and Eric Fergen PA-C is the best! The services provided by him and his staff have been stellar. I suggest that if you have an Urgent issue, and you don't want to drive too far, you should go to see them. They definitely provide A+ services.

I took my aunt Net to urgent care, she was so nervous going in, but when she came out, she was all smiles, saying that the receptionist named Kim, was so sweet and so kind that it made her feel comfortable and welcomed

I came to Bullhead City the end of 2022 to help my aunt settle her life after she had recently lost my uncle. She had also recently lost her doctor of many years and needed help finding a new one. We came to Bullhead Urgent Care for medication refills and she was seen by the PA, Eric Fergen.

He was clearly very busy but he took the time to put my aunt completely at ease with his knowledge of her conditions and medications. PA Eric Fergen had an unusually kind and reassuring bedside manner. He gave her confidence that she would have no further concerns while making a transition to a new primary care doctor. "I've got you" I recall him saying as we left. I felt so much better leaving her a few days later knowing he was looking out for her.

I have been seen at your office by Eric Fergen (the first visit) then Heidi Gonzalas for several visits. I so appreciate the follow up care that Heidi has provided, I do not have insurance, and so glad I chose Bullhead Urgent Care for my wound care.
Heidi went above and beyond to follow through with my stubborn wound. I will definitely use this office again if needed.
