We had the most wonderful time on our trip!! Rachel beautifully handled every detail from start to finish. Highly recommend. We will definitely book trips with her again!

We used Rachel at Elite Travel to plan our trip to Italy. There were 12 people in our group. She booked private transportation for us, and many private tours (Vatican, Coliseum, Pompei, private boat tour to Capri, Amalfi Coast, and a gastronomic tour). The guides and drivers she booked for us were top notch! The trip was perfect, and we were so happy we had Rachel to help us - every detail was taken care of, and we had an app that informed us of our schedule and contact information each day. I plan on using Rachel to plan future trips for us. She is great, and so easy to work with!!

Rachel did a wonderful job helping us plan our trip to Italy and cruise on the Mediterranean. We planned our own excursions with Rachel's help instead of going through our cruise ship and each one was excellent. Rachel prepares a detailed online itinerary with all necessary information: reservations, tours, contact information for tour guides, etc. It was very reassuring for this type A person to have all the information in one location! We will definitely use Rachel for future trips.

Rachel has planned many trips for various family members. We just got finished on a trip with 15 guests to Mexico and she handled everything. No stress on us. Also, she planned a wonderful trip to Ireland for us and group of 20 to visit castles and main attractions. Unfortunately, we had to cancel as COVID shut down the world. She was able to get our refunds and credits back to us. We will definitely work with her again and again. She is very pleasant to work with!!

Rachel was awesome for us. She took care of everything. When our flight was changed, she took it upon herself to upgrade our seats on the new flight. The entire experience was great! I would definitely use her in the future and recommend her and Elite Travel to my friends.

Rachel is a PRO!! I used to think I could just plan my own trips...not any more. She asked me what my priorities were when picking out resorts for us to consider for a big beach getaway. She narrowed down a huge list of resorts to 2-3 and let me pick. PERFECT! We loved loved loved the resort; it fit all our needs. Prior to the trip, she went over all the details with each member of our huge party...to be sure we knew all the protocols for Mexico. Amazing! During the trip, she was available if we needed anything from afar. And when we got back, she spent 30 minutes on the phone with me reviewing the trip to learn for the future. Rachel definitely put a lot of time into us, and we will only use her going forward!!

This is the second time Rachel has planned our trip and they have both been amazing! She took care of all the details, from the moment we got on the plane to our destination to the moment we returned back home. Our entire trip was well planned to the smallest details, so that we could enjoy and relax rather than worry about navigating to places. This summer we went on our 3rd "graduation" trip planned by Elite Travel. Rachel has done such a wonderful job organizing all of the trips with so many people involved. All of the resorts have been perfect for our groups. She is always super attentive to everyones needs. Highly recommend!

Efficient communication with our travel agent (Rachel) by phone, email, and app. Zoom teleconference Rachel provided prior to our trip was very helpful. Trip activities were well coordinated, and the Rachel was readily available to respond to questions during the trip. Rachel was very helpful in allowing for a stress-free booking for the trip, and a well coordinated execution of every step of the trip to and from the vacation venue.

Rachel was an incredible Travel Agent to work with! This was my first experience using a TA and I will definitely be using her services again in the future. She was super helpful in the decision making and booking of all parts of our 5 night Mexico vacation for myself and 8 of my girlfriends- from our excursions to the resort to our transfers. She was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions that we had. Also loved the organization of our itinerary in the AXUS travel app which was great for keeping track of everything we had planned and had lots of great info for customs and the new COVID testing rules. Overall great vacation and thanks to Rachel the planning was super easy!

Rachel with Elite Travel planned our trip to the National Parks in Utah and Arizona including a visit to the Zion National Park and the Grand Canyon with a stop in Las Vegas. She listened to our needs and planned our itinerary accordingly. She handled everything perfectly, she booked many guided tours, the hotels and reserved a rental car. What I appreciated very much was the way how she communicated with us before the trip. She scheduled a zoom call to walk us through everything and she provided many helpful tips. In addition, I loved that she provided our itinerary in the travel app I installed on my phone that had copies of all our reservations and the helpful info. It was so convenient as we stayed in 5 different places. I can't recommend her services more highly!

This is my first time using a Travel Agent and Rachel exceeded my expectations. She planned an awesome graduation vacation for us! She was extremely knowledgeable of the area we were visiting and offered up several fun day trips while there. She was great at keeping us informed on all the new travel guidelines and nuances.
