I had issues sending out a package due to incorrect address provided by the recipient. I had to go back when the package was returned here. They were very friendly and extremely helpful. They were playful with my toddlers and kept them entertained with crayons and stickers while we tried to sort it out.

I love my regular mail lady! She’s great!

Overall Okay But Needs To Be Updated. The hours they are open are small. Because their hours are limited they need to provide a machine for individuals to buy postage similar to the one in the Gainesville Post Office.

Overall, a very good experience. I would go so far as to say the best in Hall County, however the space does limit the room for activities.

Normal PO service

Staff are very unfriendly, with some exceptions. They never smile, or offer niceties like "how's your day going" and it always feels like I'm bothering them even if all I need is to drop off a package or buy stamps. They just seem like they really hate their job.

The postal workers whom deliver pur mail are horrible!! They always run over my metal yard sign next to my mailbox as if it was invisible, yet it's about 3.5 feet tall. When it rains they leave my package on the back porch where they get soaking wet. These are the worst I have experienced living here for over 20 years!! I also get some of my neighbors mail so I have to take it to them from time to time. Clermont is the best for living but since Pam retired and Lucia quit due to her accident and the other ones have went to better paying jobs theses new ones are horrible!!!

Staff aren't very friendly. It seems like I am always inconveniencing them when I buy stamps or send packages.

Their hours are crazy! Never heard of a PO closing for lunch!

The lady who worked on Mon. 11/13/23 was so unnecessarily rude with her “sense” comment to me I was taken aback. Don’t know her name and really just Not impressed!

They literally refuse to do any delivery if dogs are outside. Originally I thought it was just dogs that were roaming but no, my two dogs were on lead lines away from the porch and the small dogs were inside. This use to not be a problem but now it is. I now have to wait until Monday for packages that I had purchased extra for faster shipping.

Edit: time for a fun story. Amazon claims that my package was to be delivered on the 21st and attempted around 8:45 AM, but this post office decided to put a note in my mailbox saying they tried to deliver it on the 20th around 4 PM but then chose to not deliver it at all today on the 21st.

Rudest woman I have ever dealt with! I’d rather drive across town than ever deal with her again. Very unprofessional. You would think in a small town they would have nice friendly staff. What a shame.
