I went to this branch of the post office while visiting my daughter on 9/3/19 at 11:13. I was #6 in line, by 11:19 there were 6 more people behind me. There was one lady working at the counter. I was greeted with a smile. I was finished and out the door by 11:21. While in line, I heard nothing but pleasantries from the employee. "Thank you, anything else? Good Morning, Have a good day, You're welcome." I honestly don't know how she could have done anything better! Maybe if anything, a study could be done to find the busiest times and a second employee could join her for those times. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this USPS site.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are all about. Camdieu (I hope I got her name right) was very sweet and helpful with the customers in front of me and especially with me and my packaging questions.

Update: a year after this review and Camdieu is still there and still awesome! Even when I come flying in 5 minutes before close and completely clueless and unorganized she did not rush me and was super helpful. This is the only post officee I go to now - I adore her!

This is a busy Post Office and the usual 2 ladies behind the desk are wonderful. It must be hard dealing with the public especially during busy times and I know sometimes they can be a little stern, but these ladies are professional and knowledgeable

Unlike the rest of the reviews, I had a great experience. The staff was helpful and friendly even when I stumbled on my questions and generally sounded like a fool. I was in and out in less than five minutes, even with the pandemic.

Went to our post office to return a package, both ladies were personable and I was out of there in less than a minute!

I went there today and the guy who helped me sending my package to Germany was really friendly and it was really fast.

The facility is small so expect longer waiting times. But staff is friendly and helpful. People who is in rush should go to the other major location in sterling as waiting might be a quite long due to how big is the line

I've found the employees at the counter here to be nice, and one in particular is very friendly. Start with a smile yourself, and maybe you'll be pleasantly surprised. Can't give it 5 stars because of the limited hours, but otherwise I'd much rather go here than drive all the way over to the large office near Sterling.

Personally I have not had an issue with customer service at this post office, the people at the desk have never been rude to me. When I have had questions they explained them, and have helped me with customs paperwork. However the long lines can be stressful.
