When I need to go into a post office, I often find myself driving to New Berlin because I've had such nice experiences with the staff here. Notably better than other locations I've visited in the past.

I’ve always had a good experience here. Sometimes there’s a line, but rarely as long as anywhere else, and the ladies are always smiling and sweet.

Excellent costumer service and friendly staff. Jennifer and Carmen answered all my questions and were very helpful on the process on obtaining passports for my kids.

Tellers are friendly and keep the line moving.

Very nice people at the counter, some customers are very rude who come in there and they do the best they can with them. People need to be patient when there is a line. Too many people are selfish and want to have staff packaged their things. They should have it done before they get there or go to a packing company.

I called for some help tracking a package that had arrived at this USPS location and I believe I was speaking with Megan. She was SO helpful and really started my Monday off on the right foot :) Thank you for the help, it was the most positive experience I've had with the post office in a long time!

Odd to rate a post office I know, but I came in with only 2 minutes to spare on the buzzer of close and the gentleman behind the counter looked at me sighed laughed and then goes, here fill that out while I get the rest of it ready :) with a grin on his face he chatted with me on what the key I was sending was for and seemed to enjoy the time even though he wanted to head home! 5 star USPS!

I wouldn't call the counter clerks particularly "friendly", but they are efficient and knowledgeable.

I've had only positive experiences with the workers here. They take there time to answer my questions fully and I never feel rushed.

A person answered the phone right away, gave me correct and helpful information, and when I went there the clerk was pleasant and extra helpful.

The people that work here are friendly and helpful. I wouldn't put any stock in the negative reviews on here.

Passing through New Berlin and I remembered that I needed some special stamps. The employee was pleasant and helpful with the ones that I was looking for. This location is spacious and well laid out.
