Bellco Credit Union

I've now done two refinances with this bank. I like them and will consider switching my daily banking to them. it'll depend on the online software experience. This branch is really nice though. We had so much stuff to do. Multiple checks, new accounts, split accounts deposits, notary public, insurance check cashing, the works. They just sat with us (no wait) and plugged away. He even caught me leaving to remember the temp checks I needed. Great customer service.

Instead of setting up my account to fleece me like most banks, they have everything set up to gently guide me into doing what I need to do but am too financially illiterate to know to do. It's like they are more interested in helping me succeed than they are about the almighty dollar. It's quite refreshing. My experience with business generally is the opposite. With a very few notable exceptions. I would encourage people to try them.

I just moved to town yesterday and Jackie P. helped me set up my savings, checking and direct deposit for my job. She was incredibly helpful, friendly and patient with me. My experience with Bellco has been great so far.

We were denied credit to finance our house, which we had paid in full but were in need of funds. A financial representative helping us was in shock we weren't accepted . But, he suggested Bellco, and we will forever be grateful because they helped us get the loan we needed. Strangely, though, Bellco brought on a new representative who had initially denied us as loan clients. I wonder if he would accept us now that he is with Bellco ...

Have been a lifetime member with you guys and I previously had underwent a series of employment difficulties, but I came in and explained my situation, and y'all were able to reestablish my checking account; so its much appreciated and I recognize the courtesy- so thank you.

My Mother was a long time member. She recently passed away. Jackie helped me consolidate her existing accounts and set up the estate account. Jackie was very helpful and sympathic.
