Our pool was experiencing some suction issues from the skimmer as well as missing some details on some of the piping to correctly identify the flow. Chad came over and quickly identified the issues and instructed us on proper maintenance as well as went ahead and labeled our system for our convenience. We were extremely satisfied with Chad and will be more than happy to work with him again in the future. This is the kind of customer service everyone should get.

Chad personally helped me get sorted out to install a drainage hose on my system. The guy is kind, capable, and he does quality work. He even asked me to send pics of my pool to help me solve an algae situation I was having. They are the best in the biz

have been going there for supply to clean my pool for the past 5 years and the staff is friendly, proffessional and respectful. Have also used them to install a water heater for my pool, replace my old pump for an energy efficient one, etc and their prices were fair.

Well well welll......I knew somewhere out there was a pool store where the people are actually nice and helpful. Not to mention the fact the pricing was similar to on line ordering. Needed a light gasket for Hayward light. You don't want to use anything but OEM for pool light accessories...or you will be replacing the bulb soon. So i had to bite the bullet and go to a dreaded pool store. Seems like they all try and get rich off of every sale. Not this place. Pool supplies are not cheap, but then you knew that when you got a pool. At least this place is reasonable (as far as pool supplies go) compared to other stores i have been to. And they are nice and very helpful. They have gained a new customer.

This store has been around for years. The store has everything you'd need to keep up your own pool. It also has fun water activities and floats to purchase. It's cool because you can bring a sample of your pool water to them and they can tell u exactly what u need for your pool.

Staff is very friendly and helpful! Not the closest pool store to my house but worth the extra few miles in exchange for the customer service they provide! Prices are fair and they are not pushy with what to buy.

Great to have a family-owned business to work with on pool maintenance and issues. Great team all around. By far the best pool service store in the Hunter's Creek area.
