This company is a scam. I have never used them before but in the last week have received tracking information through the SHOP app saying that they are using my address as a delivery and origin point.

Ordered a package from a company on 6/26/23 it made it to this company 7/5/23 and sat in Texas till 7/20/23 and I’m still waiting for it to reach my house. A team of ants would have delivered my package by now. 10/10 would not recommend.

Wish I could give this company 000 stars because they are terrible. Its been a month and we still have a broke machine because someone on their end put the wrong serial number on our account so this has to be fixed before they can send us a new one. And I was called and told by someone that one was going to be sent last week come to find out this was not true. Not sure why this person called and told us this. But we still paying for this thing!

Ordered package on 6/25/2023 , don’t know why the company I purchased with used this company, currently 7/17/2023 and they item is STILL in transit, mind you it’s coming from DALLAS , TEXAS, to Shreveport Louisiana, a 4 hour drive but somehow it’s been nearly a WHOLE month and this company is still shipping the item. 4 hour drive, maybe 1 week tops for this shipment of clothes, but it’s been nearly a month. If anyone company suggests this company, pay the extra fees to upgrade it to UPS or USPS bc this company is dogs

Horrible shipping experience. Awaiting package since 12/31/21 and 1/11/22 no package.
