Yesterday we had a passport appointment, which we were a few minutes late for. We were greeted by Ms. Brittany Dukes who knew exactly who were were and told us not to sweat it. She was very nice and helpful as always is. This is the second time she has helped us and we are very appreciative of her.

Very friendly staff and offers the most packaging options. You can look through the envelopes and packaging options yourself and pick them out. My preferred PO.

Left several messages over a two month window for the postmaster and drove 12 hours only to leave a message on receipt paper. Filling an official complaint.

I have NOT RECEIVED my mail on a regular basis since BEFORE the hurricane!!! I have NOT RECEIVED ANY MAIL SINCE 10/6/21!!! Our carrier is a lazy incompetent woman!!!! No wonder the USPS is ALWAYS in TROUBLE! I have IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS that I am waiting on!!! Completely unacceptable!!!!! DO YOUR JOB!!!!!!!

What can I say but usps is a joke they don't do their jobs. They misplace packages and don't think they need to explain ups turned a package over to them and they still show they are waiting on it and it has been 5 days wonderful they are
