Great and quick repair at a reasonable price!

I literally broke my phone on Saturday and needed to catch a flight on Tuesday (Monday being a holiday); everywhere was closed or didn't have the parts I needed. I walked in and worked with Nate, who couldn't fix my phone at the Provo location, but he called the store in Salt Lake after seeing in their inventory that Salt Lake had the parts I needed. He had them place a hold on the parts. They then held my phone for my husband to pick up so I could continue driving south.

My husband picked up my phone, took it to Salt Lake, and they fixed my phone in just over an hour.

I have since canceled any warranty service through my cell phone provider and will be a forever customer with all my cell phone repairs.

I went in to get the screen fixed for my iPhone 6 which I had dropped a couple weeks ago. It was fixed that day sooner than I could return to get it. I got a discount by scheduling online and was able to get a new battery for the price it would have cost me to just replace the screen at other locations. They throughly checked the phone and even cleaned out the charging port which had been giving me issues. Great price and they got the job done. No complaints here.

Phone had been submerged in water & I thought all hope was lost but miraculously Evan got it working & not only that but he fixed the cracked screen and the battery and they hooked me up w/a 6’ cord. It looks brand new and all for less than $200! Highly recommend!!!!

This place is great! My phone screen got absolutely destroyed and I took it here and within an hour it was back to looking brand new. The customer service was great and I would definitely tell anybody that needs a fix to come here! Thank you!

The check in took a bit of time. But I understand they want to be cautious with your phone and any data it might have on it.
Dropped off my phone 45 minutes later got a phone call the phone was done. Very courteous and a professional job and fairly priced. Thanks.

My wife's iphone 5 needed a battery replacement. I spoke to a Clif at Batteries Plus in Lehi. They were the only place in town that had a battery at the store. It was noon when i dropped it off. They told me they would be done by 3pm. They had it completed before the given time. It works perfectly. My wife said that she feels like she has a new phone.

They were quick and through in replacing the battery in my I Phone less than an hour,. Apple wanted two hours and I had to make an appointment two weeks out!

The gentleman that helped us was very friendly and helpful. He was able to take care of the iPhone for us. Thank you. Plus we found outvtou have other things that we need. I forgot to get the gentleman’s name but he was very good.

I stopped in with a phone I partially fixed myself. They gave me a hand finishing the repair and were kind and courteous. I offered to pay for their help, and they didn't let me. Thanks for the help and the double sided tape!

The man who helped us both with ordering the battery for my phone and installing it was attentive, helpful, clear in his explanations, honest. And thanks for having a very specialized store that has things that no one else does.
