This was my first time using the service here. I was aware of the previous reviews and didn’t want to expect much. Unexpectedly, I was so impressed with the whole experience. The building was so charming from the outside, many parking spots, clean and tidy from the inside. The clerk, no. 3, the gentleman who was very friendly, kind and helpful. Since it’s getting close to Christmas, he made sure I’m aware when the packages would be arriving at the destinations. I couldn’t ask for the better service. I brought my 2 kids with me. I believe it will be their first memorable experience of the post office and they won’t feel intimidate to go to use the services in the future.

Id much rather have a small and personal postal service, with all of the idiosyncrasies, than long lines and random people. I love it. Norman Rockwell in 2018.

This is one of the charming little post offices with caring staff. A really lovely place by the water to send mail (and to maybe run into Bill Gates).

Cute little post office. The lady at the counter completely ignored my loud and cheerful HELLO!, which left me feeling awkward, with a few people in line behind me. Perhaps hard of hearing? Nope. She heard my normally spoken "when is the expected arrival date?"
I did feel better after reading other reviews and realized that what happened was not personal but only her equal opportunity impoliteness.
One thing to watch out for - the blue mailbox outside - is different from other mailboxes in that it does not open wide enough to accept any packages.
There is no package-accepting slot or a pull-down deposit pocket on the wall inside the building as well. You have to go to another mailbox or a different USPS branch to deposit your pre-labeled packages if outside business hours.

The old lady working there seemed very reluctant to help. Also she said that they weren't able to print my labels even though Label Broker was clearly supposed to be a feature at this location.

Even worse service than usual for a post office. Don't be surprised if this office is closed for an hour due to a lunch break/poor staffing. Also, one of the main workers, Anita, is always slow, grumpy and very anal. Today I saw her sigh in annoyance at an elderly man for having to make a postage adjustment. She also refused to postmark/process a stack of envelopes from a customer as it was clearly too much work for her. When it was my turn, the unnecessary bad attitude of course had to continue. She refused to put a clear pouch (to insert the address label into) on the flat rate envelope I was sending. Anita was also upset that the return address did not have the local zip code because, and I quote, “I’m doing all the work but they’re getting the credit” which isn’t true anyway since you can track where the package was shipped from. She makes the experience unpleasant for everyone.

Totally obliterated my box in transit and could not use the insurance I was encouraged to buy because of an obscure rule. Fraudulent bureaucracy.

Cannot agree with A S more! Anita is always in a bad mood. I walk on egg shells with her. Not a good feeling to feel threatened or bullied by this USPS representative.

Failed to deliver my package for no apparent reason. When I went in to pick it up the lady working there told me my package was at the bel-red facility, so I drove all the way out there only to be told my box was not even there.
