The best experience I have ever had with USPS has been the Marlboro, NY post office. The Marlboro staff Jackie, Dawn, and Crystal have been very helpful with answering questions and they have even gone out of their way on several occasions to help me ship smarter and faster. Any issues I have had with lost or slow mail, they have been diligent to help me figure out the causes / issues that may have caused the problem. Not only have they helped give me all the information I needed to get the answers, but they also follow up with me to see if they were resolved! I have shipped over 800 packages and every time I am greeted with smiles. They work together like a family and it's really refreshing to see such a tight knit group of dedicated workers with lovely personalities. Always smiling and quick with a friendly joke. I have NEVER had this experience at any other USPS location. This particular location goes above and beyond. I have been pitched to by UPS and FedEx, but I am staying on board with USPS for all my shipping because of them! Keep up the great work ladies! Pleasure doing business with you all!

Always helpful! Never had a problem or issue that they haven't solved quickly and efficiently. My only complaint would be that they're closed from 1-2:30 pm now so you have to plan your visit around that....Also the 90 minute closure causes lines to back up on busy days. IMO the USPS is the best bargain in mail/parcel delivery in the world.

I mail out a ton of packages every week for my online business. I am used to having a fairly unpleasant experience whenever doing business at the post office, in fact I used to dread it. That changed when I moved to Marlboro recently and met Crystal, the postmaster. Unsure who actually reads these reviews, but this post office is 100% pure awesome sauce & I actually now look forward to going to the post office!

Extremely helpful, efficient & professional. Frequent this office often and the very nice lady at the counter, and post master really went above and beyond with a issue I had. We drive 2 towns away to go there...WE LOVE THIS POST OFFICE!

I love this little post office. Dawn and Crystal are always reliable and hardworking and VERY patient. We are very lucky to have them!

My mother is 91 years old and she is so happy to know that post offices like this still exist. I like this one as well knowing that they always take great care of her.

It's the best little post office. Ranting about the hours is ridiculous as surely the employees don't set those.

Never had an issue with USPS that wasn't resolved quickly and professionally. I use there service a lot and rarely have a problem. Its a Federal run business so you have to assume not all the revenue is going back into the business. Also, its run by people just like any other company. Perhaps if it were privatized we might just see an increase in our taxes to make up for the loss, just a thought.

The USPS calls it SERVICE. Long slow lines.
Parcel shipping rates are ridiculously high.

Its a shame that Crystal and Dawn no longer seem to be manning the window for the past year or so. The newer staff are not very friendly, helpful or nice at all. They seem disgruntled with a chip on their shoulders when ever you ask them anything at the service counter, especially the woman with the long braids. I dread seeing her at the window, should I need any special assistance or have any questions. Cold as ice!

I can’t believe how lazy the Marlboro Post office workers are . How hard is it to match a street address to a PO Box ? They have one job . I wish Crystal was still working and dawn . They are both great . These new workers do not care. I can’t always put a PO Box number when the store itself is asking for a physical address.

This Post Office is the reason the postal service should be privatized. The clerks are rude, Lazy & know there is no recourse to their unprofessional conduct. I Can't wait till the USPS is privatized & these worthless employees are without a job. Should have happened long ago. I will be there applauding as they walk out the door on their final day. Job loss is the least they deserve.

Probably the best example of why our Postal Service is failing. YOU CAN'T GET YOUR MAIL. Not only does this post office lack the ability to deliver mail to me, I have to pay to have a P.O. Box which I can rarely even access! 9-5, closed weekends? How can they expect anyone to get their bills, and work a 9-5 job? Totally ridiculous.

Rescheduled for redelivery and noted after 11am, but they still can me early than that! Missed my package again! After 12 pm send me message says it is ready for pick up at postal office, but they closed at 12pm on Saturday! Super upset!

Horrible parking. Counter closes for Lunch(?) for an hour when everyone else is actually on lunch, so don't try to mail anything out on YOUR lunch break, because it's theirs as well

Worst post office ever. Do not go if you don't have to. Tue woman who works there is drunk and rude.
