After a slight error at a different USPS location in the area, I went to my local post office to resolve it. I really, really feel the need to recognize the team at this wappingers location, namely Johnny, as well as his supervisor whose name I did not get. The customer services is not only impeccable, Johnny had such a positive and friendly demeanor that is not as prevalent in the customer service industry anymore, and from someone who works in customer service myself, it is greatly appreciated to see. The level of respect and care in resolving my issue and ensuring that I was a happy customer goes above anything I’ve experienced with the USPS in a long time. I know the service has been struggling over the past 3 years over budget cuts and what not, so to see a level of compassion from someone with a very difficult job, in spite of it, is refreshing and truly made my day. Thank you Johnny and team at wappingers USPS 😊

It can be frustrating when your package is misplaced or there is a hiccup in transit. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service I received from, Alphonse, in regards to my issue. He responded promptly and went out of his way to to further investigate my issue. With the Holiday Season approaching, I could only imagine how hectic our post offices are, but he made sure to resolve my issue, and for that I am very thankful.

I have never had a problem at the Wappingers Falls post office. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Must give a big shout out to our mailman Eli! HE IS THE BEST! We miss our former mailman Danny. May he Rest in Peace. 💙

The Wappinger's Falls Post Office is one of my favorite post office. The line is usually long but moves quickly. The friendly staff brings out the best in everyone. HOLLY served me, and was knowledgeable accurate and fast (I was mailing a prepaid package to return an item).

They have free, priority mailing boxes and envelopes which makes it easier to mail gifts to my gran. There is a tracking number for you to see when the package arrives. I have used priority mail and all pkg arrived before time or the day it was suppose to get their. Very please with postal service.

Waiting for internacional packages to arrive for close to two months. Vendor’s notification received that the shipment was in wappingers falls. Called the post office and after speaking with Rocco my packages were delivered to me the same day. Fantastic job Rocco! Thank you so much.

I always happen to have Johnny as the sales associate and because of him, I’ve always had a friendly and professional experience. He goes above and beyond! My packages have always arrived safely and earlier than I honestly have expected!

I don't typically use this post office but I stopped in this afternoon to drop off some packages and was struck by how pleasant and patient the man working behind the counter was. So refreshing!

Anthony was very helpful and kind when I went to the post office to have my package delivered, he answered my questions perfectly and I really appreciate his kindness.

I use this post office frequently to mail business related packages. The staff are friendly and efficient. I even arrived at closing time one day and they were still open to help customers.

Employees at the Front Desk are really nice and are very customer oriented. This post office is one of my favorite ones for this reason. Keep up the good work.

The staff have always been polite and courteous to me. They have no control over everyone showing up at once, everybody (including myself) had the same idea of coming as soon as they open. They do the best they can!

I went in to submit my passport application and everyone was very nice and helpful with my questions. Angelo was friendly and made sure I had all of the information I needed! :)

Lines may be long at times, but once it’s my turn I’ve always been treated with courtesy and given as much time as I have needed. I’ve never had a negative experience here.
