I got a serious question for y’all though, do you guys get mad when people ask for mayo? because I felt a lot of hatred upon opening my sandwich to find this…

I love McDonald's. Even if the service is backed up it is always worth it. Even if I have to pay $0.20 per cup of ranch.. It is still worth it..

Went there today was In drive threw for 10 min get to windows girl has no idea what she us doing has my order wrong I give her my card she said it not working I tell her try and swipe it. She called another kid he trys once tells her we need to get things moving and tells me I need a different card...I go over to Culver's card works just fine pleas train your staff and get you people up to speed!!

I had a mobile order that I picked up through the drive thru on 10/18/22 at around 4:30PM. The food was good, fresh, and hot. The reason I’m writing this review is because of the customer service I received. The boy working at the second window (the one where they give you your food) was so sweet. He greeted me with a big smile and lots of personality. It was so refreshing, and it made my entire day. Not only was he super kind, but he also went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct. I wish I had caught his name so that he could get the recognition he deserves! I really hope he reads this one day because I’d love for him to know how much his kindness impacted me in the short interaction we had!

The staff that worked Thanksgiving day was so kind and happy to be there. Great vibes.

No one is in the place for customers. We ordered, and there was a big puddle of water on the floor that the clerk who waited on us almost fell when walking through. We dinned in, and every table was dirty. We wash ours off with napkins and water. The person bringing out our food slipped in the water puddle. There were employees sitting at a table. I don't know if they were off or still working. When we were leaving, another couple was cleaning off their table like we did. If they are not going to clean them off, they should have supplies for us to do it.

Its McDonald's, what can I say. The Restraunt is clean and the atmosphere is way better after they remodeled. Food is good. Pretty much the same as any other McDonald's.

Despite being very busy, we received our order in about 10 minutes. Everything was properly prepared, and the price (as always) was very competitive.

Had a good experience food was hot and fresh... I can tell that they were work short staff staffed but the girl working the drive-thru and running and getting the orders was doing a great job and I could tell that she was giving it all. Appreciate the great service.

Stopping in tonight. Was really busy and the staff seemed overwhelmed. Still, they did a great job and the food quality was amazing. Thanks!

FRIENDLY POLITE ORDER WAS NOT MESSED UP GREAT SERVICE A FEW YOUNG EMPLOYEES SEEM TO LOVE THERE JOB

I was having a pretty horrible day and went to McDonald's after work with only $5 in my pocket. My order ended up being $5.02 and the worker who was at the register gave me a dollar yo cover the rest. This absolutely made my day, all of the staff members who I have encountered there are also very kind and helpful. Additionally, as far as the McDonald's in Oshkosh go, they are the fastest at getting your food to you without forgetting anything.

Quality has seemed to improve over the years but prices have gone up significantly too. 20 piece nuggets are my go-to for a quick meal but I limit it to once a month or less. No one makes food faster.

It's McDonald's - dependable fast food that you expect. Ordering at the in store kiosk takes a bit of attention but then again I usually go through the drive through.

This past Sunday, I screwed everything up. What happened was my fault from start to finish, and what did I get? Like 10$ in free food, and genuine apologies from 3 different employees! When the girl at the first window (she was young and had long black hair in a pony tail) tried to confirm my order, I interrupted her and asked to add an item, and then didn't realize how little I had been charged right away. I asked to fix it, and a manager (Shannon) came out right away and told me it wasn't my fault so I didn't have to pay for it! I insisted that it was, 100 percent, my fault, but she just smiled and said it had been taken care of! Everything I ordered came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered! The crew that day deserves a raise!

I was on a business trip and needed a quick bite to eat. The drive thru was fast and my hot.

Had to change my 1 star view to a 5 star because THEY FINALLY BROUGHT BAGELS BACK. Life is good

Always get the large soda...but what happen to the dollar menu..sucks it's no longer a value menu

Always good food at this McDonald’s! Much better than Koeller location.
