I have never had a bad experience here. In all the years I have gone here, every associate has been professional and very helpful.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Then when I needed help the man was right there to make things easier for me. As I was leaving I was told to have a wonderful day and a couple of other employees said have a nice day.

VZW Queensbury Staff never disappoints! Hooked up w/Derick who listened to what I wanted to complete same day. Performed trade in on 2 devices and upgraded with 2 new devices and an accessory purchase. I’ve been using the queensbury location for years now, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The entire process was seamless and all questions/concerns were answered. Queensbury VZW plz keep up the great customer service and give a raise to Derick. THANK YOU!

Andy at the Spring Hill store was amazing!! His knowledge about every product was incredible. He helped us save on our plan & with upgrading to the phones we wanted. I highly recommend Andy & look forward to doing business with him again.

I was so grateful for the incredible service I received! In particular, Yuri was so patient and spent so much time with me, and in a follow up visit, James was incredibly helpful and patient as well. Would definitely recommend this location- it’s not often that I receive customer service if this caliber!

Both young men who helped, James and i failed to get the other young man's name, were extremely helpful. I got the portrait of my dogs as my wallpaper. I have waited over a year for someone to do it. God bless that store. They are always helpful, courteous with a senior citizen like me. Greatly appreciate their patience with me.

Bill & Yuri are amazing and I greatly appreciated there superior customer service & efficiency in porting my line to Verizon.

I had no phone for days with my prior carrier and had just left that carriers store where they did nothing to assist me to fix. It was not a device issue and they didn’t even care I couldn’t use my phone sent me away to have my phone looked at with Best Buy and I was told they don’t do technical support.

Needless to say as I watched the horrible service at the other location I went to Verizon. I couldn’t be without a working phone. As I was in the Verizon store another customer who was at the other carriers store was in switching to.

I appreciated the service from my approach to the door where it was opened for me by Bill (shows he wanted to assist me) through the port process & set up with Yuri it was fun, quick and I felt like they understood and cared! Thanks guys!!

Great service. Manager Bill was thorough in his service, looked for savings in our account, and walked us through replacement of damaged phone. A+.

Went yesterday so husband could update phone. Service was prompt and friendly. We spoke to Julie who answered all our questions. I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for many years and always go to this store. The employees there have never let me down.
